This is the rare VRBO house that looks even better in person than in the on-line photos. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed and the heated pool was a plus! We took long walks along the river. They have a shed full of beach chairs and beach toys, coolers, pool floats, and even a fire pit. The host was easy to work with and very accommodating.

House was clean and welcoming. Ali even went the extra mile and left roses on the table for us (anniversary trip/ vow renewal). She has everything you could possibly need & then some! Dinner was even better sitting out on the screened porch. We loved playing the board games nightly after swimming in the pool for hrs. Her pool is small but luxurious with the waterfall, lights, and super swim jet not to mention it's heated. We were thankful she allowed us to bring our dog who enjoyed running free (it's large and fenced). She had everything for the beach too. We made s'mores on her firepit. She kept in touch but wasn't overbearing or annoying. It was pricey but you get what you pay for & the area in general is that way. We made awesome memories! None of us wanted to leave. Epic vacay!

The Beautiful House lives up to its name. The property is gorgeous and well appointed. I had read previous reviews indicating that the host had thought of everything, and believe me, that is an understatement. She has thought of everything and then some. The location is perfect, a fantastic home base from which to explore the gulf coast. We will long cherish the memories made here.

We loved our stay at ‘Beautiful House’-everyone had plenty of room, Ali has it beyond well stocked, and the fenced in yard and pool are perfect for small children. Ali was so gracious and kind. We loved being central to so many different gulf beaches and will definitely stay again. If you’re looking for a spacious home with an amazing kitchen to cook together in, multiple washers/dryers for convenience, and family friendly book it now! The weather was amazing and all beaches calm & easily enjoyed. Thanks for one of the best vacations we have had yet!

The Beautiful House is amazing. We were able to get our sons and their families on a vacation here in Florida together. 7 adults and 4 children. We had plenty of space inside and outside. There truly is everything you would want at the house. The beach is close and easy to get to. The grandchildren loved Jeremiah's Italian Ice just down the street. We had an Unforgettable time. The house was perfect. Ali is so attentive and made the transaction so simple. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Nine people ages 1 to 70 had a great time at this home! There is plenty of space and the homeowner goes above and beyond to make your stay effortless and comfortable. We highly recommend this home!

Would definitely book a stay here again. Pool and backyard space was ideal for setting up our cornhole and croquet for family fun! Very nice beach a short drive away. Nice neighborhood for those morning walks. Ali was very attentive and respectful.

The name says it all. Leave everything at home because this is a turn key vacation home. Every imaginable convenience is already there. From the pool floats and towels to the fully stocked kitchen, not a single detail was overlooked. Thanks again Ali and we shall return!

What a fantastic place! The house is gorgeous, the location is wonderful and the facilities are just what is needed for a relaxing vacation. We ranged in ages from 14 to 76 and everyone loved the house, pool and garden. The host communication was fantastic and super helpful! Thank you for a wonderful stay - we didn’t want to leave!

Our stay here was perfect. The house is large and spacious and fit 10 adults comfortably! The pool is awesome and the kitchen was great to cook in. Having multiple sets of washers/dryers was great too. House is in a great location - easy to get to the beach and you can easily take morning walks by the river, right down at the end of the street. The shed is full of beach items and so we had everything we needed - plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and a wagon to cart it al to the beach. The host was amazing and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Ali is a phenomenal host. From check-in to check-out our group of 8 was extremely impressed. Everyone loved the heated pool with the power swim jet and waterfalls! The fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms with TVs in every room and 4.5 bathrooms made us very comfortable. The location was awesome, and the neighbors were friendly. The beach umbrellas and beach chairs came in handy for our visits to Coquina Beach and Bean Point Beach. We're thinking of staying again next year. Thank you, Ali!

Ali was a joy to work with. She was readily available to answer any questions and solve any problem. The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We’re loved being able to have such lovely surroundings to go for a walk. The home was more than abundantly stocked with everything we could want or need. We cooked for our group of 13 and had need of nothing! Beautiful, high quality pots and pans of every kind, every utensil needed. The shed is full of pool toys, beach toys, umbrellas, wagon. So great!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend.

We spent ten days in the house over Christmas and New Years and it was awesome! Everything was as good as it looks in the photos, or better. The table was big enough to host our big family. The private rooms and public spaces met all of our needs. The pool was a sweet bonus, as the weather was cool when we arrived but we could all bask in the pool and carry on 'deep and meaningful' discussions. Alison was awesome and was quick to respond to all queries. If I ever visit this part of Florida again, I would love to stay in The Beautiful House!

The house was fantastic, plenty of room for our whole group. They had everything you could want for the beach,chairs and beach toys, with wagons to get it there. All the rooms were so nicely decorated and comfortable. The pool was great and we all spent so much time in there. So many things were available to us in the house which made it so convenient when most were flying to the area. Ali even put baby gates on the steps to keep our little ones safe.
Ali was great and responded so quickly to any of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved staying at this beautiful house! It has all of the amenities for family and friends to stay and visit, hang out by the pool and BBQ + formal dining and living room(s). Room to breathe and relax. We'll be back next year!

This was by far the best VRBO home we have stayed in our 8 years of renting VRBO rentals. I can’t praise Alison enough. Everything is as described and better. This home has 5 huge bedrooms and 3.5 spacious bathrooms. Plus a detached 500 sq ft studio for guests. We had an unexpected surprise visit from my Mother and Dad for 2 days of our trip to celebrate my birthday and there was so much space left. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve been to. TV’s in every room, a plethora of towels, hand towels and wash clothes. So many beach towels, beach wagons, umbrellas, beach toys, noodles, floats and so much more for outdoor use. The pool is amazing. It’s like a huge jacuzzi with the jets. It was also nice not to have to keep up with house keys. There is a shed behind the detached studio that is filled with everything one would want for the beach. Close proximity to the river, bay, and beach. Grocery stores, convenient stores, souvenir stores and shopping 5 minutes down the road. Anna Maria Island is 8 miles down the road and St. Pete Beach, Pass-a-grille beach 20 minutes away. It’s really a great place to stay if your wanting to sightsee the area and other central/southern Florida parts. We even took a day trip to Sanibel Island. There is so much to see. I highly recommend this home especially for families. It’s the perfect place, just so much room. A huge backyard with a swing from a tree as well. A nice screened in porch too. If I could give Alison a million stars I would, she has created a beautiful home for others to enjoy.
I also left some of my jewelry and Alison paid and shipped it to me the very day we left! I’m very appreciative of her kindness and generosity.

Summer of 2022!
The house was just as described and very beautiful! It was truly the most well stocked vacation rental we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Everything we needed was provided and it was very clean upon arrival! The large shed was so well equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. There was a boat ramp located about 8 miles down the road which was convenient as well. Overall a wonderful home that helped shape our summer '22 vacation into a beautiful one!

A Wonderful Week
We had a wonderful time at this property. I was very impressed with how clean the house was upon check in. Every needed amenity is provided (laundry detergent, dish washing pods, etc). The house is very well stocked. The beds are very comfortable.
The pool is a nice way to finish your day. Ali was tremendous with answering all of our questions, she even provided some fishing poles upon request. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Overall we would definitely recommend staying at The Beautiful House.

Winter Golf Getaway
For the past several years, Allison's River District Property (Property ID 1169525), has been the venue for our group of college friends and our annual golf getaway. The property offers a lot of flexibility to accommodate our group, and the addition of the pool and spa really added to the ambiance. The house and the property are always well maintained, clean, comfortable and convenient to local attractions. Bravo!

Beautiful, delightful home in Bradenton
We were completely delighted with our stay at Alison's beautiful home in Bradenton. It was challenging to find a house where three couples (ourselves, our two adult children and their spouses) and four young children (one in a crib) could fit comfortably. This home was perfect, even better than described. Beautifully decorated, lots of fun artwork. Four spacious bedrooms upstairs and one on the main floor, multiple bathrooms, and even a washer-dryer per couple. We, the grandparents, got to stay in our own lovely cottage, a newly converted garage, on the property. All ten of us were able to sit together at the dining room table, which was important to us. The kids had a blast in the heated pool. It was hard to get them out of it to go to one of the nearby beaches--Ana Maria and Coquina. We also went to Lido Key. The home was conveniently located near many restaurants and the Publix supermarket. Ali thought of everything--plentiful towels, well-appointed kitchen, beach toys, a barbecue. She was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. We're so happy we stayed at this terrific home and hope to return for another family reunion.

Amazing
Ali was amazing from start to finish! The house is absolutely gorgeous. It has an old Florida feel with all the upgrades. There was plenty of room for all of us and space enough to have some “quiet” time. We all enjoyed the pool everyday. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. More than enough beach toys and equipment. The wagon made it so much easier to haul all our stuff to the beach without making multiple trips. Would HIGHLY recommend this house and host! Both met our expectations and so much more!

I packed as I normally would and could of saved a ton of room. You can tell this is more then a rental property to the owner, she seems to go the extra mile to make your stay very comfortable, loved the fresh bouquet of flowers and bundles up towel sets. She is quick to respond to any questions from the minute you book. She sent lots of information on things to do around the area too. The house is located about 5 houses down from the manetee river where my son fished every night and caught lots of different type of creatures. We were a short distance to the beaches and restaurants. I don’t have a single complaint about this property and will rent again if I’m the area! Thank you Ali

We have been bringing our family to Florida for many years using VRBO to obtain housing for each stay. The Beautiful House was the best house we've stayed in over our 12 or 13 year history of rentals. The home is clean, well maintained, and well equipped inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of good quality cookware and table service. There were three washer/driers that we kept busy throughout our stay and there were plenty of towels and linens for our use. The beds were great and the TV's in each bedroom had a wide variety subscription services available on each.
The equipment shed was well stocked with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and other items for a day at the beach. The pool was outstanding and offered our kids many hours of fun. There was a fire pit that was used to make many smore's and was a center piece for many conversations.
We were very pleased with this home during our stay and would love to return again in the future. We would recommend the home to anyone looking for good quality housing in a quiet residential neighborhood.
