Excellent location for exploring and eating in Ortigia. Local agent, Luca, very helpful.

Very well situated in Ortiga, the terrace is beautiful reached by very steep stairs. Luca, the host very friendly and could always help out and share information

It is a bit tiny but has everything. The courtyard you need to pass to get to the appartment is a bit shady and it would be ok to have light by the entrance

It is definitely a charming place. Great location in Ortigia - in a small square - with some abandoned but really beautiful building and other where locals leave, in the heart of the city, close to everything. It is beautifully designed apartment with very comfortable bed, lovely balcony over the small square and a rooftop terrace. Unfortunately because of the shower rains and strong winds we could not use the terrace. Luca, our host, provided 5-star service - from communication prior the the stay until its end, he arranged a parking near the place (20 eur per day), he also arranged the pass for the LTZ in Ortigia. An espresso maker and espresso capsules as well as a welcome red wine. It was a great experience for Ortigia exploration.

There is a deposit of 150 eur in cash that you have to leave at check-in and then you have to receive it back at check-out or prior the check out, which was a little embarrassing.

We loved the sunny roof terrace. There was a bottle of wine for us from Luca our host. Quiet surroundings in good location

Apartament is situated in perfect location, with calm neighbourhood but at the same time in the heart of the old town district. All attractions are very close to the place, within few minutes of walking distance. The roof terrace of the apartament is absolutely great place for spending time during the day, having a dinner or breakfast. The manager, Luca, was very helpful and very responsive. I would love to come back to this place.

Really comfortable bed, appreciated after 3 weeks travelling in Sicily. The location is quite good facing a square where local people sit down, chat and play cards at evenings. Really nice solarium (but a bit warm during the day, the big umbrella does not help bringing that much shade).

Constructive feedback for the next guests and Luca, the host: - as others already commented: to remark that there are a lot of stairs (so not a good option for everybody), Bathroom is with a glass wall (privacy need for some moments that could be solved with a curtain -but indeed is a romantic option for some moments-) and the host, Luca, is contacting you regularly before and during the accommodation (that depends on the guests "taste/like"), parking offered at 25eur/day (at the entrance of Ortigia you can find other options for 15eur/day) - Wi-Fi was not working stable (I had to work sometimes during the 5-nights stay), host proposed me to work from the solarium (also not working) or from a bar/restaurant in center square. - 150eur Deposit to be paid in cash that is returned after the host checks the status of the apartment (switching on the lights, checking all the bathroom...) at the check-out. That's why I overall rated it a 8, that is a "really good" (as I seen that host normally complain if the rate is lower than 9, that might be reserved for perfect stays).

Lovely apartment with the most amazing roof terrace. Great location, near cathedral, and a few minutes to swimming area. Luca was helpful and always on hand if there was anything we needed.

The property located in the heart of Ortigia has a wonderful terrace, which is a perfect spot for a romantic lunch/dinner. The host was also very king and showed us all the house facilities. Also the apartment was excellent cleaned.

Nothing we enjoyed every single moment.
