Nice and cozy apartment in a very good location with a great view!

Very large apartment, in good condition, well equipped, great view over both, the sea and the mountains. Nice hosts. The whole building is in good shape. Very close to the beach, 5 min. walk. The parking place is a great asset specially in that area! A lot of restaurants, markets, shops in the close area.

We enjoyed everything! Maybe the fact that the WIFI was interrupting a lot...but we had more time to talk and enjoy the view...:)

Exceptional

Great apartment for 4 people. Spacious living room and kitchen with huge balcony and a great view. Air conditioning is a plus. The shops and the beach are a couple of minutes walking. You can find everything you need around.

Beautiful huge appartmemt with amazing view and 2 minutes walk from the beach

-Location : 2 minutes walk from Rafailovici beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also close to the bus stop for taking the bus to Budva or Sveti Stefan. -Beautiful view of all the beach from the 5th floor as the picture attached -Friendly staff that helped with all our questions and needs. -Very big apartment with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms both with showers, clima, a huge balcony a TV with satellite decoder, furnished kitchen -plenty of space for private parking considering the busy period we stayed in -Lift

-The balcony window/door was defected and it didn't close properly and was difficult to close -oven missing in the kitchen -not inside parking for all the cars

Excellent!

Ruzica is a great hostess and speaks decent English. She is super helpful and helped us a lot. The apartment is comfortable, with two showers, a washing Machine, Full kitchenette, Supermarket nearby, Parking on site, very good location and wonderful views, Highly recommended!

Good

The view from the 5th floor was amazing. The space and the rooms were big and spacious, which was really great. The fact that we had two bathrooms and an own parking space under the building, was very comfortable. The location was also good, because the promenade, the beach and the supermarket were in a close distance.

Some of the shades were not working well. The double-bed was not comfortable and really noisy. Some of the kitchen gadgets were lacking, like glasses or knifes. Also there were no oven. One of the toilet was constantly clogged.

Ruzica is very kind and helpful. Nice place if you are with a little child. Near a sandy beach for children. Near a very clean and beautiful stone beach, Kamenevo.

The sea water of the sandy beach is not always clean. There are many boats.

We loved out apartment quite a lot! It is spacious, clean, has a well-equipped kitchen and a nice terrace with a view. One of the beaches is a 5-minute walk, but you can also walk approx. 15 min to a different beach through a tunnel. And let me tell you, we liked those beaches more than the ones in Budva. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the area, as well as little shops selling beach stuff. Budva and Sveti Stefan are within walking distance. The owner is super nice, helped us with all questions and requests. We travelled before the official start of the season, so were able to have an early check-in, which was helpful and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Great thanks to Rujica and Sabro for their hospitality, attention, responsiveness and support! They made our stay easy and pleasant. Spacious, comfortable apartment, close to the beach (although we preferred Kamenovo beach nearby), restaurants and shops. Thank you again and all the best!

We really liked our stay in this apartment. Apartment was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Location is excellent as it is close to shops, restaurants, beaches, bus stop... Staff is very nice and helpful.

Fantastic

Very cool place to spend vacation.

Perfect location with a walking distance to 3 beaches. Very helpful and client oriented manager Ruzhica. she did everything to make our vacation cool. Sea view from the 6 floor was stunning. Parking available.

Pleasant

The staff is professional and friendly. Comfortable apartment with two bathrooms and two bedrooms.

Access to the building by car is possible only from the direction of Budva. Very noisy environment and close to the construction site.

You can't go wrong with this place and these hosts

Really extraordinary people who welcomed us, always there to make you feel like at home. They've been more than kind to help us with getting groceries, provided every needed info, maintained cleanliness... accommodating a big family isn't easy, yet Ružica and her husband are up to the challenge! They've also provided some wonderful perks - hey after a long journey there was a chilled watermelon waiting for us in the fridge, what more can anyone wish for :) the place is impeccable, soooo spacious, furniture is of good quality, not cheepy crappy plastic junk, but you can tell they've made every effort to make you feel good being there. 2 aircons, 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen... absolutely everything was perfect about this place.

Everything was great

The apartment is easily accessible from the main road and it is really close to several beaches (5-10 minute walks). The rooms were clean, and the apartment is spacious, it has a nice view. The hosts were incredibly helpful and nice. Every room has an air conditioner and it was nice to have two bathrooms. The kitchen is also well equipped. I would highly recommend this accommodation!

One of the best apartment we've stayed in. Modern cozy rooms with see view. Great location, beach was just a few minutes away. The host Ruzica was very friendly, helpful and professional. A good place to stay in Rafailovici. Thank you.

Good

Very convenient and close to the beach. Staff was superb , very attentive and helpful. Place was very clean.

Very basic offering , beds uncomfortable and very squeaky, no air condition in second bedroom. Considering the price not really worth it apart from convince of being close to the beach.Also mostly Russian channels on TV, not even basic local channels.
