This property has everything you need! They are fully stocked with all kitchen appliances, has a beautiful pool, and very accommodating owners. Walking distance to Commercial Street and a short drive to grocery stores. This property is meticulously maintained with incredibly comfortable sheets!!! Highly recommended.

And our young teens LOVED the salt water swimming pool. Ron and Bill were the perfect hosts. We had such a wonderful stay and would book again in a heartbeat.

A lovely property with even lovelier hosts. We happened to be the only tenants this past week - so we had the gorgeous pool all to ourselves. It’s a secluded space and where you really feel at home. They even had pool floats for us, it was perfect for our boys (ages 8 & 9). The location is great - close walk to town, quick ride to the beaches and bike trails in the national park. Ron and Bill were so kind and helpful - I can see why families come back year after year.

If you want to be able to have your own oasis from town with easy beach access, this is it. Easily walkable to the center of town too, we did it twice a day. One for morning and early afternoon activities, back for a siesta, then out again for nightlife. What a great week, thank you to our hosts Ron and Bill.

We were personally greeted and welcomed when we arrived. There were fresh flowers on the counter and everything was immaculate. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and glasses. Towels, beach towels, and bedding were provided. This was our third summer in PTown and having a pool this time was great for relaxing. The location was on the East end of town and very private, quiet, and luxurious. The owners were very friendly and nice to visit with. It was a most enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Thank You Ron and Bill!

Stay was amazing. The place was exceptionally clean, great finishes, and amazing pool. It was close enough to walk into town. The hosts were so nice and and very friendly and helpful. they left you alone but were there if you needed them. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

Our family of 4 loved staying in this quiet spot in P-town. Very clean with with nice finishes. The pool was a hit with the kids! Easy walk down the hill to a nice playground and bodega. Short walk into town. We are already looking forward to heading back next summer. The hosts were kind and welcoming.

We rented this condo for my sister-in-law and her family. The condo is immaculate and they loved it! Beautifully decorated unit with access to a large pool. Bill and Ron were great hosts and I would highly recommend their property for your P'town stay!

We had a wonderful time. We have rented many places over the years and this rental had it all. The location was great, close to the beach and Commercial st. It was nicely decorated and had everything that we needed. The salt water pool was fantastic. My kids loved swimming in it after coming home from the beach. We will definitely be back!

Ron and Bill were gracious host in this beautiful space hidden away in the eastern end of Provencetown. Clean and well supplied, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Looking forward to spending more time here in the near future!

My wife, infant son and I spent a lovely week in Bill and Ron's home. The unit is a very clean two bedroom basement apartment. We were impressed by the modern furnishings and kitchen. We made use of the heated swimming pool and enjoyed hanging out on the deck. Bill and Ron were very kind and helpful hosts. They came to greet us when we arrived and made us feel more than welcome.

I recently vacationed with my family and stayed in Unit 1 of the property. We found the recently renovated condo to be more than adequately furnished with all accommodations needed. The property is very private and we enjoyed the use of the pool and patio. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and laundry was available which was great with small children. We did rent a car for our convenience, but Uber was available. Taxis were very expensive!!!! Ron and Bill were excellent hosts and very helpful with suggestions and information. I would definitely book this property again!!!!!

We were so happy with our stay here in Ptown. This was our first visit and we were very happy that we chose this unit. It was the perfect size for our family of three and was in the perfect location. It was a short walk to all of the best restaurants and shops and had a nice park nearby for our 2 year old to play at. The owners are so nice and helpful. The pool was a great added bonus and even though it was too cold to swim it was nice to sit by to drink our morning coffee. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Great space, very modern and clean, and with almost private pool. Only down side is it's a little far from the action and everyone else in ptown. While it's not technically that far its just far enough to make you double think going out or forcing you to be reliant on cabs when heading back. Owners are very pleasant and there when I need them and not checking on you constantly . Would definitely recommend it to people familiar enough with ptown to know what they are signing up for with the distance

Ron greeted us when we arrived and made sure that we were enjoying our stay throughout the week. My kids loved the large pool, and my wife and I loved the kitchen and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ice maker in the fridge, cooking utensils, a nicely sharp chef's knife, and quality appliances. The two bedrooms were decorated very nicely and the beds were comfortable. The rain style shower head was also a big hit with the family. The location is very walkable to the Commercial Street area where the restaurants and entertainment can be found.

My husband and I have been coming to Provincetown for ten years and married under the Pilgrim's Monument three years ago, so we know of whence we speak about accommodations on this busy and crowded speck of land. We have rented it all, from beachfront homes, to in-town cottages, to apartments scattered all over the island. This place is our new favorite. After all of the rustic charm that we have loved/endured over the years, including lack of proper A/C (it is no longer reliably cool in P'town due to global warming), ancient and rusty plumbing, windows that don't open, noise, etc. we were thrilled to find these brand new luxury apartments fronting their own gorgeous private pool on a quiet residential street. The apartments have a full stainless chef's kitchen, a dedicated washer/dryer, granite counters, alabaster tile bath...every luxury! And the owners provide all the detergent and cleaning supplies you need free of charge. The location is ideal, just a 10-15 minute walk to all of our favorite attractions and a quick bike ride to the dunes and beaches. It is also next to a nature preserve with walking trails where we enjoyed early morning hikes. Also a quick shout-out to the Owner/Hosts: they live on the top floor of the property (apartment is located on rear of the property with a dedicated private drive and parking) and are a lovely couple who were genuinely interested in our stay. They were not obtrusive and gave us complete privacy but were always readily available if we had a question or needed anything. In fact, the only time we saw them were when they were attending to the beautiful flowering gardens on the property or cleaning the immaculate pool. This place is a gem and I predict it won't be long before the owners realize what they have and raise the rates accordingly but as of our stay, the prices were very reasonable.

This spacious apartment has been beautifully renovated and was extremely comfortable for our weeklong stay. The pool was a welcome relief after shopping in town, about a 10 minute walk, and there was even a grill we could use for our cookouts. Modern kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer let us have all the comforts of home. Having Bill and Ron on the property helped us immensely getting around town and what restaurants and sites we should see during our week. We will definitely rent this apartment again.

Where do I begin?!?! Our accommodations exceeded our expectations! It was cozy, comfortable, and convenient! We knew from the drive up that we made a great choice! The gardens around the home and the beautiful pool were a great complement to the clean, pretty interior! We loved that we had a private entrance to come and go as we pleased and we loved that we had a full-size kitchen for those mornings we wanted to sit and sip coffee before starting our day. The owners were friendly and engaging and we can't wait to see them again (and Chi Chi)!
