The wifi connected but for the most part, no internet 😞

There was no breakfast. The staff was kind, staying on the phone with us to guide us through the city to the property. They were friendly throughout our stay.

When we arrived with our pet, we were charged an additional $150 MX. We chose the place because it was pet friendly and there was no indication of an additional charge when we booked. It seemed like a bait and switch. The room was very small and there was nothing but two towels. No cups for water, no extra TP, and no bath mat.

basic clean room for a quick stop over. the English speaking owner was super helpful.. called me to check our arrival time, let us park the motorcycle in their private gated area, good dinner suggestion, sweet people. nice part of town

Water in faucets undrinkable. No bottled water provided. We have traveled the world with water always provided. They did finally put water in tank in entry way and gave us plastic clubs. Pigeon poop was on stairway railings.

The family that owns this place will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant and that you enjoy your time in Cd Obregón. The place was secure. I felt very safe and accommodated. The family gave excellent recommendations and even told me about a park nearby so I could take my dog. They are very wonderful.

Nothing was bad, but the bathroom was a little dirty - just looked like some wet dust that had collected around the sink. I couldn't access the wifi. I was given the name and password but could not connect... I didn't ask for any help because I didn't really need it. So that could have been a simple fix, but not sure.

The door lock worked but need replacement There was no heat in the room there were not microwave, iron, coffee pot, supplies, etc

The staff made us feel like family.
