L’emplacement à côté du parc national de plitvice. La rénovation de l’appartement comparé à la vétusté de l’immeuble

Nous avons eu un problème de fuite avec le ballon d’eau chaude qui fuyait mais celui ci a été réparé dans les 2 heures par la propriétaire. Mais la salle de bain et la cabine de douche aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement que plus opérationnelle. Il y a une odeur de moisi qui s’y dégage. Hormis l’accueil physique que nous n’avons pas eu, nous aurions voulu un petit geste de la propriétaire par rapport au désagrément de la salle de bain, c’était un NON catégorique : je trouve cela pas très commerçant quand vous rentrer dans une location et vous découvrez un piscine dans la salle de bain (inquiétude, journée gâchée, etc ….) et surtout booking fait un dossier et se met en contacte avec le loueur mais ne prend pas position : c’est très moyen

Super clean, great location close to entrance 2 of Plitvice lakes, comfortable beds, has all the facilities for cooking and making breakfast.

Only one aircondition in the house. Need mosquito nets.

Owner was very clear and informative on the check in process and the park entrances. This made the check in and check out very easy and enjoyable. Owner is very responsive and understanding would give him a 10/10. The apartment was clean, modern and fully equipped. We were able to use the oven, hob, fridge etc for our meals with ease. IMPORTANT things you may need to know: - This is located near entrance 2, you walk 10-15 mins along the downhill path. - If you are using public transport, i used the flix bus to Plitvice Jezera. It won’t let you book or show on your ticket which stop you need but when you board the driver will ask you the stop your staying at, this is entrance 2/mukinje (Mukinje is the name of the town). - There is 1 Italian restaurant but I would recommend going to the grocery shop and cooking because it was a lot bigger than expected and they have everything there including bakery, frozen food, toiletries etc. - There are a lot of cleaning supplies which can be very useful if you have a muddy stay like we did and/or like to clean up properly, also includes a washing machine.

Facilities that can be improved include: The shower: The hot water in the shower turns off after 10mins. Please check if the boiler heated up, as mine resulted in a very cold shower! Heating: It was raining a lot during our stay, heaters in the flat weren’t very warm and some information on how to use the washing machine would be great. Things you should know but weren’t a problem to us: - Apartment is on the top floor with a view of the cars and there is no lift. - The building is very grey and tired from the outside but the apartment itself was great. - There is no window/heating/wardrobe in the bedroom

Really nice, modern and well equipped apartment with a comfortable bed. The building looks older on the outside, but it's what's on the inside that counts. Grocery store very close by too

Well equipped. Near supermarket. Parking outside. Wifi good. Bed comfortable.

Apartment looks unpleasant from outside but inside is fine. Is on third floor with no lift. Shower needs updating. Could not see how to turn on washing machine but that could be my fault. Difficult to dry wet clothes as radiators did not turn on. Was September so not cold but we were soaked by the rain. There was a clothes rack but no way to get things properly dry.

A well equipped apartment that is in the perfect location. A short walk to the National Park and lakes with a supermarket seconds away. The check in process was simple and the host very attentive.
