Papakea C405 is a three-bedroom loft, two-bathroom condo located on the top fourth floor, offering fantastic ocean views! The fully equipped and remodeled kitchen is perfect for cooking meals for your group. The kitchen features custom cabinets and lighting, granite countertops and new appliances. The condo boasts an open floor plan, with plenty of seating and dining space in the living room area. For entertainment, there is a TV located in the living room, equipped with cable. Stay cool with A/C in every room and ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable CAL King size bed and an en suite bathroom with a large, tiled shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin size beds. In the hallway, you will find the guest bathroom with shower/tub combination. The upstairs bedroom loft offers a Queen size bed. The condo also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi. Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'aanapli Beach and features 11 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large jacuzzi's, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts and 3 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, farmer's market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. There is a sandy beach just steps from the condo. Sand levels can vary depending on the weather and ocean conditions. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. **Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. ** Standard Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Our team was on the island for work and wanted a quiet, clean property to return to. This was one of 3 properties we rented. We really enjoyed this property and the communication with their owners. We would highly recommend staying here!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Papakea. The unit presents well, is easy to get in and out of, and located somewhat near many of the things we did on our trip. It's a bit of a trip up country, most everything else is within 20 minutes. Cool food truck park is a five minute walk away. Would stay again!

Lovely grounds and location. Our condo seemed a little tired. Certain rooms need paint. Small tv. Beds were not comfortable. Lovely view from balcony. Could see whales in the distance. Well equipped, attractive kitchen. All in all, a very good experience.

Papakea C405 is the best condo. Love this 3 bedroom condo with updated furnishings. Master bedroom had a comfy king size bed with down pillows for restful nights sleep. Kitchen had everything we could ask for. Love the complex with the koi ponds, quiet pool and large spa. Beach access was easy and we saw 3 turtles swim by the first day. Location is so close to Lahaina and Kaanapali. Can't say enough good things. Will be back for Christmas!

The apartment was nice and it had a nice view but It was a little dirty. We found some items and trash under the beds so those areas were not cleaned before we got there. We found a couple roaches in the kitchen and some towels in the kitchen had hairs. And the main room's bathroom was not working at times and had a loud noise. We just used the condo to shower and sleep so it fulfilled the basic necessities.

The condo was clean and in such a good location. The only negative was that we were only furnished six rolls of toilet paper for eight of us for a week. When we ran out we had to furnish our own which I thought was weird. Everything else was a total positive and I would highly recommend this location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked. The grounds were beautiful and the views were amazing. We enjoyed the location because it’s not in the super busy hotel area but close to everything. Thank you for a great experience.

We had a lovely stay. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Loved having beach chairs for our use when we went to check out different beaches.

Condo was spotless. Big enough for the 6 of us. Well stocked with everything we needed. Great views of the ocean. Walking distance to shops/restaurants.The amenities at the condo were great. Only thing missing was martini glasses and shaker.. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was very nice. Any questions I had or if I wanted recommendations on different things everyone was always so helpful and responded so fast. We were very busy with different tours on the island when we were there, but when we did stay on the resort, there was plenty to do. Shuffle board, swimming pool, beach, snorkeling, hot tub, putting green. Great time, hopefully we will get back…

This unit is lovely. It had plenty of cooking supplies, ample beach chairs and toys, cozy towels and overall was very welcoming, clean and lovely. We would love to stay here again if all things were working properly. And would not hesitate to book with my perfect stays again, as they were very helpful and accommodating towards us.
However the AC did not work upon our arrival, and with October being a bit hotter, it being on the 4th floor and having full sun in the afternoon, it made it quite uncomfortable to sleep in and be in, even in the mornings. We had a three year old and he did not sleep well at all. What helped was having the lanai open and the front door open to get some respite in the cross breeze, but then we had to constantly follow our son around to make sure he didn’t walk out the front door, and we couldn’t sleep with it open. We notified the management company the first morning we were there, and they sent a repair person who could not repair it, and we heard nothing until I reached out again, at which point we were given a swamp cooler- which actually made the unit more humid and hot, but it was a solution of sorts which we were happy to try out. The management was helpful and apologetic, and of course we understand things break and the buildings are old, but it did put a damper on our stay. When your toddler can’t sleep- nobody can sleep. We moved units for the last two nights of our stay to a first floor, which was not clean and had nothing by way of amenities or kitchenware.
My family has been staying at papakea since my mom was 16 in the 70s and it’s really hit or miss in terms of what supplies you’ll find in your room, what things will be updated, how well it’ll be cleaned and what issues you will have. Sadly many units need a lot of work and just have a little face lift. I think you have to sort of expect it to be a gamble regarding the above mentioned.
If the AC is working in C405, it’s a comfortable and welcoming unit.

We had a blast! View was wonderful! We love Papakea, the amenities and the grounds are top notch! The biggest plus this time was, they built some of the beach back up! We didn’t have to drive to a beach! It was GREAT!!! The one and only thing I could say, that was a little aggravating, was the air was on a 6 hour timer. It didn’t take long to cool back off though! Thanks for a great stay! Everything was WONDERFUL!

The a/c system needs step by step details/guidelines posted - took us a bit to realize the controler timer turned on all room units. We initially thought none of them worked.

Papakea was magnificent. The room was perfect for us, and the service was top notch. Owners got back to us immediately with any questions we had. Can’t recommend it highly enough, and we will most definitely be back!

Great Family Condo!
This condo was great! It fit our family of 8 very comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked and it's great to have laundry machine in the condo. My two youngest slept on the pull-out sofa and they said it was very comfy. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. We could see whales while eating breakfast. :)
This is an Ocean Front Property...not a beach front.
Our only complaint is that we ran out of hot water everyday. Even after only a couple people took short showers, the hot water was gone.
With that said, we managed and still really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!

The property was very well maintained and had a big pool and hot tub right by the ocean, as well as yard games, a putting green, and lots of lounge chairs on the grass by the ocean.

The entire booking and check in process was great. The property was wonderful and the views were spectacular. We were welcomed with the very coveted double rainbow. The property was equipped with absolutely everything we needed and more! Everyone from 6 to 64 enjoyed it very much!
