Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This is my second time staying at this property! I really love everything there! While it is an older unit and located next to the elevators, sometimes you here drunks coming back later. Even so, I still is a great place to stay. 2nd time we stayed there for my birthday! Look forward to my return!

there was no check in process as the door is a code so you literally do not have to see or speak to anyone. The apt was run down. And in need of serious updates. The baseboards were dirty, some of the tile were broken. Rust on the side of the fridge cabinets were kind of gross. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were terrible and the bar stools were extremely uncomfortable. Thankfully we are not the sitting around type, so the apt was really just enough to sleep and take a shower. I would never go back to that rental. For the price I would expect nicer sheets and mattress and a place that’s not run down. Im disappointed to say the least

Mattresses in both bedrooms need replaced. Tile grout needs redone and tiles are missing in bathroom. No plug-in in designated parking space for golf cart charging.

The condo was nice a little older but nice. The pull out couch bed is not usable. The bar goes right in the back. They ended up sleeping on the floor. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and the patio was lovely.

The layout of this condo was great. It was very convenient having pool towels provided as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner. It would have been nice to have ice trays provided in the freezer as well as coffee filters for the coffee pot. The two bedrooms each with their own bathroom was convenient. However, this property could use some repairs. The shower spouts in both bathrooms were literally loose and almost falling off. Several tiles by the slider doors are cracked and you have to be careful when walking barefoot not to cut the bottoms of your feet. Both mattresses should really be replaced. It would have been really nice to have an ice maker somewhere on site.

We arrived to find a dated and tired condo. The time and grout was dirty and broken. The bathtubs had ground in dirt. The worst part was bedtime. I went to lay down only to find the box springs broken on one side. I called and was told someone would repair it. I had to call again next morning. Someone called while we were gone saying they were there to repair the bed. We returned that evening to find nothing had changed. I would not recommend this property; especially at $530 per night!

The location was quite but also if you had a car very easy to get to everything. Pool was really nice but the inside of the condo was very dated and needs a major renovation. All in all I would okay staying there with my family again just wish it was a little more updated.

Great suite for families! Having two separate bedrooms plus a nice living area and kitchen area allowed us to spread out and not feel cramped. Every thing easy clean, parking was very close to the room (and included). The suite was clean and offered all of the utensils and dishes we needed. The check-in and check-out process was unbelievably easy (all done virtually/email) and the customer service was fantastic - checking to be sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions. There were bikes available on-site to rent - which we did. Very inexpensive day-long activity - rode the bikes around the entire island and visited some of the key tourist areas. Highly recommend it. Great price for families. The pool was clean and super close to the room and was never busy.

Patio door still doesn’t lock. Shower was scalding or freezing, it turned off if you put it in the middle. Messages to management company went unanswered. Laundry was coin operated on ground floor. No extras of any kind- like blankets, games, Kleenex. Got 1 roll Of paper towel and 1 garbage bag. No cooking staples, I bought salt and pepper and left it (you’re welcome). We’ve stayed in older units before and they were great because the owner took pride in it and wanted the renter to feel at home, but this just felt like a money grab with owners not interested in feedback or improvements at all. We paid a lot (spring break) so they could afford to do some updating on our stay alone. Wish we would’ve stuck with a hotel, I feel sorry for people who think this is a 5 star stay. Worst VRBO experience we’ve ever had. Location was decent so giving 2 stars.

I'd highly recommend you take the advice of your guests and replace these mattresses ASAP. Having a place to store luggage when early check in isn't possible would be great too! Not all arriving flights match up with check in times and no one wants to lug luggage around all day. Tbe property is older but clean and quiet!

The building mgmt did replace the ice cube tray that couldn’t even hold water anymore. The sliding glass doors to the balcony did not lock but I was able to use a butter knife to adjust the mechanism and get it to work. The place has lots of potential but is in needs updating. The pool and hot tub were nice and covered packing was a plus.
