I like the exclusive pool and private parking next to the house

The apartment is on two floors but no doors between the bedroom and the sofa bed downstairs.

The location was ideal for a leisure walk to the beach and a great price. All amenities worked very well and were up to date and clean. The property owner was extremely kind and even drove us with our luggage to the train station when leaving. We had an overall great stay!

The only downsides of the property included that the futon was slightly uncomfortable. Also there is nothing separating the upstairs and downstairs sleeping area, therefore noises can be heard. This did not bother our stay at all - however families or couples traveling should be aware!

Lovely place, nice old building, great views around, super friendly host. The house is located 1,5 km from the Como lake - walking up the hill to come back to the venue was a bit tiring, but walking down took c.a. 15-20 minutes. There was also a possibility to use the pool that is located c.a. 150m from the venue. I highly recommend this place!

A hidden gem at the foothills of the Italian Alps! Very peaceful, calm dog-friendly. The host is wonderful and you feel like you are really on vacation. If you like to avoid tourists and noise, this is the place for you! The most wonderful surprise and exceeded all expectations!
