DESIGNER KITCHEN - this is the centre piece of the unit with all appliances and fully self-contained. Has an abundance of amazing views, natural light and great breezes. MAIN BEDROOM - has a King bed and 2 single trundles BEDROOM 2 - has a queen bed and trundle underneath BEDROOM 3 - has a double bed with storage under the bed for the extra pillows and blankets supplied BATHROOM 1 - has a bath, shower and toilet BATHROOM 2/LAUNDRY - has a shower, toilet and automatic washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities are supplied. BALCONY - has a sunbed for your lazy days watching the world and whales go by. The unit is great for large families or groups, singles, couples and business travelers. The whole unit is available LOCATION Located 5 minute walk to Cavill Avenue, the heart of Surfers for shopping and restaurants or Broadbeach is just a short stroll the other way. Just a couple of tram stops away to Jupiter's Casino, Gold Coast Convention Centre and Pacific Fair. For your convenience and peace of mind the kids can swim between the flags just meters away from the back gate. ATTRACTIONS Surfers Paradise has everything to offer - theme parks including Sea World, Dream World, Wet & Wild and Warner Bros. Studios. Sensational wine bars, dining, entertainment and Casino with live shows. It also offers pure relaxation, exploring the Hinterland, water sports such as sailing, surfing, parasailing and jet skiing. The building and lift is old but this doesn't reflect the unit inside as its been completely renovated to a very high standard. You will also need to walk up a few steps once out of the lift to get into the unit. There is a security camera over the entrance. You will be requested to provide photo ID prior to check in. A security bond of $550 is required prior to check in. WELCOME to our home 6/69 GARFIELD TERRACE SURFERS PARADISE Although most of our guests do the right thing, the occasional abuse means that we must make you aware of the following: • Keep noise to a reasonable level at all times and be respectful towards neighbours – remember noise travels • No extra guests are allowed in the property unless prior approval given • Strictly no smoking or drugs – please smoke downstairs • Please do not rearrange furniture • Leave the property in a similar state to how you found it • Remove your belongings prior to departure, includes food and garbage • Lock & secure the property, close all doors & windows • If keys are lost a fee of $300 will be charged for key replacement A deduction may be made from bonds if the above is breached in any way. My family and one of my friend’s family stayed in this property for a week in early October 2023, and we had a wonderful time. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location of the house was also excellent. It was close to all the amenities and the restaurants and its proximity to the town centre. Backyard is the beach. Unbelievable views from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a great location for us to watch the airshow from the balcony! Apartment was modern and lovely. Building has some age but once you walk into the unit there is a modern feel to it. Great location, great host highly recommend

Stayed in this apartment for my bday weekend and it was perfect, right on the beach and only a short walk to Cavill ave. Host were very friendly and accomodating. Will definitely be staying here again!

Location and view! This place might have the best view of any place I've ever stayed. You're right on top of the ocean and the crashing waves lull you to sleep every night. The location is also amazing and an easy walk Surfer's Paradise. We ate most of our meals at BMD Surf Club which is just two blocks down. The apartment itself if very modern and quite nice. There are a couple caveats. 1. The master bedroom is all the way in the back and gets lots of street noise and garbage pick up noise. Because it's all the way in back and there is no central AC, you have to sleep with the windows open. I had to use ear plugs most nights to block the street noise. 2. One of the bathrooms has a bizarre 5 cm step up going into it. We repeatedly banged our toes entering the room which is quite distracting in the middle of the night. 3. Julia was away during our stay, so this isn't likely an issue. Her stand in, Rick, didn't explain how anything worked. The induction stove top could have used some instructions. I've used one before, but the user interface on this stove top was bizarre. 4. The elevator for the building is also really bizarre. It lets you off a 1/2 flight of stairs below the apartments on all floors. Wouldn't have been a big issue, but my wife's knee got torn up on a hike. Also made it hard to get bags in the first day. I used the word "bizarre" a lot in this review, but we really had a good time.

Modern, clean and well presented renovated apartment. The bedrooms get a fair bit of road noise with the windows open. Ducted air conditioning isn't available (or possible) and you want sea breeze to flow in summer. Only reason missed out on 5 stars.

Stayed for a total of 10 days which passed far too quickly. Whilst main building is older & could use some love, our apartment was recently renovated offering everything we needed. 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Apartment was clean and well furnished. Direct access to the beach was one of the highlights. Didn't do a lot of swimming as the bluebottles were out en masse but many long walks along the beach. Northcliffe Surf Club 3 doors down & lifeguards directly in front of our building each day. Location was great, easy walk to Surfers Paradise and able to walk to Broadbeach as well. Would recommend.

The location was great, and the apartment is beautiful with all the facilities needed for cooking if you decide to. The photo of the beach are accurate, it is right in front of the apartment. We loved being able to open the family/dining room to the balcony. Loved having two bathrooms, a washer and dryer. Plenty of space. Julia was very easy to contact. We’d stay again.

loved the view,no better way to start the day then with coffee in hand watching and hearing the waves from the balcony. The unit was freshly renovated,with very comfortable beds. Five stars 👍
