This 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house has an open floor plan for the lower level including a gourmet kitchen and a Michigan made custom farm table with a bench seat and chairs. A queen size bed on the first floor with a Kohler Whirlpool tub and shower. On the second floor.....A bathroom with a walk-in-shower and toilet. The master bedroom with a California King bed with a large sliding door so you can enjoy the sounds and remarkable views of Burt Lake.of the lake. The 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor is named The children's bedroom. It includes custom made twin beds and a toddler bed The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. The Swiss Chalet is the perfect space for remote learning or working. A table can be set up (upon request)to provide a desk and we also have Spectrum Cable and internet. This lakefront property has a doublewide dock and a step latter with a graduated entry for when you are ready to take a swim. Depending on the weather and lake level the swimming dock is available for use from Memorial to Labor Day. Renters are welcome to provide their own moor for a boat.
