Despite the food disappointment, the stay at Hotel La Kasbah was otherwise enjoyable and satisfying.

Staying at Hotel La Kasbah in Chaouen was truly memorable. The view from the terrace overlooking Outa Hammam was breathtaking, giving me a front-row seat to the bustling atmosphere of the square. The added touch of Gnawa music in Outa Hammam created an authentic and immersive experience, allowing me to soak in the local culture. The terrace itself was a wonderful spot to unwind, offering a comfortable seating area where I could enjoy the surroundings. The hotel's prime location in the heart of Chaouen made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's best attractions, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting this enchanting destination, and Ashraf, the receptionist, was both accommodating and understanding, making my experience even better.

I want to share my honest feedback regarding the food experience at Hotel La Kasbah in Chaouen, and my friend who accompanied me shares the same sentiment. While our stay had many positive aspects, the food offered fell short of our expectations. The breakfast primarily consisted of heated croissants, Moroccan rghayef, and harcha, accompanied by a hot drink. my friend and I requested an omelette with olive oil the next day, and it seemed like a straightforward request. However, the person in charge of the kitchen refused, stating that omelettes were not available. knowing that the breakfast end at 12pm and we were ready for breakfast at 11am, as it's a simple dish that can be easily prepared, especially since there's a shop literally next to the hotel were we’re staying where eggs are readily available. As a guest, this was quite frustrating, and it's unfortunate that the food aspect of the stay was lacking.

There was no stay at all. We had to stay at another place because Al Kassbah hotel rooms were stincking with bad odor sm

The location was perfect

The staff behavior and attitude was not acceptable for such a business. The rooms don’t have closets and stinking filthy. We had to rent an apartment and not stay at this hotel. The next morning we came back to the hotel to have breakfast. Even though the breakfast is included they declined to offer it to us saying there was nobody to prepare it for us.

A hidden gem in the centre of Chefchaouen. Lovely staff, great breakfast.

The lovely staff, all were amazing. Breakfast was amazing! By far the best I’ve had in Morocco to date. Room was really good. Lovely terrace. Great location.

Single room was very small, may be uncomfortable for longer than 2 days or so. WiFI was a little intermittent. Shower room needs attention, warm water temperamental.

I arrived to the hotel and the people at the hotel didn't know who I was what I booked and they haven't been any helpful at all. Awful experience I hope I don't have to go back there . Also the rooms are no amazing very small look like a jail .

Basic, but comfortable.

-central location, you’re right in the main area near the kasbah -nice basic terrace overlooking the main square and kasbah -the owners son makes a delicious Zaazaa drink

-room for improvement regarding cleanliness, but it was adequate. -due to the location it can get noisy at night, but the noise usually dies down around midnight

I had a single room with a shared bathroom outside. Everything was very clean, both my room and the bathrooms. Since there weren't that many rooms, I never had to wait for the bathroom. My room was small, but the bed was comfortable and the price was unbeatable. It is located just 20 m or so from the main square. It's really right around the corner.

Breakfast is not included. The terrace for guests of the restaurant was outside my window, so sometimes there were people sitting outside my window.

Adequate accomodation

Conveniently situated, albeit in the tourist area. An adequate breakfast. Warm/cold shower, most refreshing. Good WiFi reception.

IT WAS A SATISFACTORY STAY.

I did like the breakfast, it was super delicious. The owners were very hospitable... The whole hotel has a cozy vibe and its architecture is mesmerizing! And the location is extremely great! It is at the heart of the blue pearl.

It was a very small problem with the wifi. it wasn’t working in our room.
