The house is located in the hills of Lloret de Mar, between the lively Lloret and the tranquil Tossa de Mar in a dead end street. The 1200 sqm property is completely fenced. The heated pool with sea views invites you to relax and unwind with its sun loungers. Casa Pollino is a holiday home with two separate living levels. The house is suitable, among other things, for 2 families who are friends and want to have their own private living area, but also want to spend time together, for example by the pool or on one of the many terraces. In the upper apartment there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the lower apartment there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the pool area there is also an outside toilet and a shower with cold and warm water as well as a covered terrace with a lounge group. A table can be set up both in the covered patio and on the sunny pool terrace where you can sit with up to 20 people. Our house has wonderful sea views and views of Canyelles Bay.
