Central location in Palermo. Breakfast included every morning was excellent! Very family friendly. Giuseppe and staff were very welcoming! You feel like you are in old time Palermo, lots of history and nostalgia, and the piazza is filled with families and young people having a nice time at night. Felt very safe and relaxed there!

The beds were so comfortable, we all slept so well. The breakfast was delicious, especially the orange juice, and the best coffee we've had in Italy! We loved our hosts, so accommodating. It was easily walkable to the main sights of Palermo, and felt very safe and secure.

The location allowed us to walk to the major sites in Palmero. Our host is a lovely, kind gentleman who went out of his way to make sure everything was OK. Had a great sense of humor too! The room was spacious. Appreciated the complimentary water. Nice breakfast. And, an elevator!

Seven beautiful rooms on the upper floor of a converted palazzio. All rooms face onto quiet courtyards, the main road at that point is also pedestrianised. Entrance is via a private lift which is well hidden, phone Guiseppe who will come down to find you. There is a stop for the airport bus just 100 yards away and the opera and cathedral are 10 and 20 minute walks away, we never used a taxi during a week in Palermo. Breakfast is Italian with breads and cakes, yoghurt and fresh fruit, and slices of ham and cheese. The staff are very helpful and host Guiseppe is a gem. The TV is Italian only but the wifi is strong enough for Sky news etc. A well to do part of Palermo with Prada etc nearby, the greatest danger comes from hordes of electric scooters that plague all of the pedestrianised areas across Palermo - look both ways before crossing junctions.

No kettle for tea in the room, although there is a coffee shop/gelato outside.

The room was exceptionally comfortable, we slept very well. The Palazzo is in a courtyard so free from general noise. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and in a nice room. The staff were gracious and helpful. Great location.

Breakfast was good, with lots of options. Location was fine, very near the airport bus stop, although hard to find (but owner helped us).

We had booked a triple room -one big bed and one single, but the owner insisted we had only booked a double bed. However, he divided the bed into two for us.
