Welcome to Villa NortherlyBirds! We are new owners which is the reason why we do not have many reviews yet! But we are very excited to describe our new home to you. Our villa in Lely resort has so much to offer! Where should I start? Firstly, it is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the Flamingo golf course. This means no neighbors at the back and no cars driving by! You can relax by the heated pool, cook a nice meal on the outdoor grill or just have a nap on the lounge chairs! There is also a large community pool just a few steps away. You fancy a day at the beach? No problem! The home is located just 15 minutes to south of Old Naples (and beautiful 5th Street) and 10 minutes from Marco Island’s beach which is my absolute favorite! There are beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas at the house. You are a food-lover? We really enjoy cooking ourselves and we have made sure that the kitchen is fully-equipped. There is also an outdoor grill and a brand new outdoor lounge area. You will also find several really nice restaurants nearby. Oh and did I mention golfing? There are three golf courses in Lely Resort: The Classics (private course), the Mustang (public) and the Flamingo (public) designed by Robert Trent Jones. Lely Resort is ranked one of the Top 50 golf resorts in the United States by Golf World magazine as well as having received similar accolades from the experts at Golf Digest, Golfweek, and LINKS magazines. And because we know that you like keeping in touch with friends and family during your holidays, we feel that it is only normal to include free WIFI with your rental. The villa features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and connecting full bath suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. The villa has recently been freshly painted throughout. **Non-smoking and No pets allowed**

My family had a great time and it’s 20 mins to marco island and downtown naples…a lot to do there and lots of fun with the family

This home has it all! The golf views, the pool and the home were amazing. Check in and out was a breeze. This immaculate 3 bedroom home is one of the best we have rented in Naples. We will definitely be back. Thank you Julie for your wonderful hospitality.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. The house was exceptionally clean, nice amenities and the pool was wonderful. Walked a couple of evenings to Sam Sneads (great place for a drink and appetizers). Lely is a nice area to walk every morning. Would highly recommend this property if you can reserve a time.

This vacation home was perfect for our group of four for nine nights. We travelled to attend the US Open. Overall, a great spot and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Location is proximal to everything, equal distance from downtown Naples and Marco Island. Quiet area and walkable to a restaurant (Sam Sneed). Pool was relaxing, patio was great. And Julie was easy to get ahold of if anything came up during our stay.

Great family vacation
My family and I had a wonderful time! We enjoyed swimming in the pool every day. The location was perfect in between both downtown Naples and Marco Island.

Beautiful location
Our family really enjoyed our stay at Falcons Glen! Quiet, clean and an overall beautiful location. The pool was warm, we had all the basic amenities we could need. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation home in the best city in Florida!

We had a great time staying at this property. As we arrived very late with two kids after driving over 19 hrs, the check in was very easy and the house was very clean and welcoming. The community is very nice and quiet and the location of the house is right by the golf course. The kitchen was fully equipped and it even had a blender and a booster seat that I needed for my little one. In the garbage there was beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys and a boogie board that my son used at the beach. There is a Publix supermarket nearby that delivered our online order within two hours and didn’t miss one thing on my order, which was great. I I didn’t feel comfortable going to a supermarket during the pandemic so it was very convenient to have the supermarket nearby. The living room area was nice and we played some board games with our 6 year old, which was lots of fun. The BEST part of the house was the pool! It looks exactly as it does on the pictures they provide and it was so much fun. My 6 year old had a blast and kept saying “this is amazing” the whole time he was in the pool. He cried when we were leaving and asked if we can please come back again. The lounge chairs in the pool area are wonderful and if you prefer to sit in the shade, you can do that as well. I loved the table and chairs by the pool. We had all our meals there while enjoying the great weather! Julie was a pleasure to work with and was very prompt with replying back to my messages. Overall, it was a great stay!

OUTSTANDING!
We can not say enough wonderful things about our stay in this beautiful home! We have been renting through VRBO for many years, and this by far has been the most enjoyable. Julie, our homeowner, was attentive and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The home was very clean, fresh and neat upon arrival and equipped with not only every necessary item you could think of, but several added extras. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the lanai every morning looking out over the golf course. Because of the direction of the home, we had both morning and afternoon sun as well as lovely shade and a huge overhead fan for comfort even on the warmest of days. Our only regret was having to leave. This home and our experience really deserves a 6 star rating!

We will be back!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the pool at least daily. Your Pool Manager, Tony, kept the pool in resort condition. Also enjoyed the proximity of the community pool. We were included in neighborhood gatherings, and felt most welcome. We even met a couple who is walking distance from our home back in Ohio! A special friendship developed with a neighbor He was delightful. We look forward to returning next year. Ed and Pat

My husband and I have rented quite a few properties in the past and this is, certainly, one of the best, if not the best. There was everything we needed, was extremely clean and very comfortable. It is located in a very quiet, peaceful area overlooking a golf course.
The owners were very attentive and could not do enough to make our stay so enjoyable. We would not hesitate to rent here again.

2 weeks in sunny Naples!
The house was ready for our arrival, clean and inviting. We were comfortable and settled right in, enjoying the lanai, pool and grill almost daily, with plenty of patio space for sunning or outdoor dining. Having vacationed in the neighborhood before, we knew we would appreciate the peace and quiet the area offers, while still being minutes away from shopping and dining options. The owners were attentive, checking in, to make sure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. Love the area and will be back again next year!

Nice house and peaceful location.
We stayed at this property in the Lely Resort area of south Naples in July. The home was well equipped and very nicely appointed. The screened heated backyard pool was wonderful and a great place to relax. An array of local information materials was provided on the table in the living room area which was also very helpful in assisting us to get to know the area. There are two bikes in the garage which were nice to use. Julie was the perfect hostess.
We were very happy with our choice of place to stay for the week and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place backing on a golf course with a pool. We will definitely stay here when in Naples again.

Relaxing, home away from home
My husband and I had a fantastic time. The house had everything we needed, open a drawer or a cupboard and there it was.
It was such a peaceful place. Marco beach was just 20 minutes away, so close we went there every morning.
Julie was great, she checked in with us to make sure we had all we needed and advised that if we had any questions to let her know.
We will definitely be back again.

If you come to Naples and you don’t stay here you’re missing out.
This was the first time I have ever used Home Away and what a great experience it was. This house was AWESOME and exactly what we needed. It’s nice because it has 3 big beds. Most places put 2 twins in the third room. With 3 guys over 6’ that was very key. Julie the owner couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Great pool, great location and just a great place to stay. Thanks!!! We will be back next year.

Your pictures are just as it is, a lovely home. It leaves nothing to be desired. We enjoyed the bike trails in the cooler mornings, and the private pool on the sundrenched patio is a perfect way to relax.
Lely Resort is accessible to markets, shopping, and many restaurants. Marco Island, is just a short drive to a variety of excursions.
*Captain Ron's jet ski tour is amazing!

A great vacation property
we recently stayed at this property for 2 weeks. We were very grateful to Juliie, the owner, who made a special effort to get the repairs done after the damage caused by the hurricane. She was very helpful and always responded promptly to any queries and requests.
the villa is in good decorative order, well stocked and in an excellent location. we were particularly impressed by the quality of the bed linens.
WE would hope to return next year.
