We had a fantastic time in Cabo This unit is a great place to stay very clean and roomy. You can walk everywhere in town and to the marina. Great restaurant downstairs in the hotel.

Location was perfect, loved that I could prepare an entire meal at condo or simply take elevator to the good restaurant in lobby. Looking forward to returning again.

Room was excellent. Great location to the beach and downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Was a great option to be able to cook and make meals in our room if we decided not to go out. Our 8 night stay seemed too short. Thank you yo our host. Good bye for now CABO!

The place was perfect, check in and out was easy. The amount the staff at the hotel clean was remarkable. A few times a day they mop clean floors, scrub the baseboards, all around very clean. The staff is very kind and came up to introduce themselves as us if we need anything and brought us a gift certificate to a restaurant down the road. The location was great, the place was clean and safe. The condo was actually better then I anticipated.

This VRBO is a unit in a hotel. The hotel staff were so kind, welcoming and accommodating. The location is RIGHT there in the middle of everything. Unit owner was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Not even close to what we thought it was going to be. Plumbing issues that never did get fixed. A old soiled mattress with a mattress cover that didn't even cover properly. Oven door fell off. Lacking in kitchen supplies. The whole place was in need of maintenance and new furniture. A very noisy location. We didn't research the location of it properly so our fault on that. You need to bring your own beach chair and umbrella for the beach or you will be renting them every time you go. Stayed at vrbos many times before and never ever have left a bad review. This is a first. Could say more but will just leave it at that.

entire hotel was RESERVED for private party > thursday friday and saturday could NOT use restaurant nor pool

This is one of the privately owned rooms at the Bahia. It’s not as fancy as the rest of the hotel but you get to enjoy the perks of being at the Bahia at a significantly lower cost. Booking was easy. We had to make a change to our reservation and the responses came in a few hours or less. Checkin was quick. Overall the staff here is friendly and always willing to help without trying to sell you on jet skis, massages, whale watching, etc. Again, if you want to stay at Medano beach for a fraction of the cost then this is the place for you.

Great location to walk to the beach, grocery store, marina, and downtown!

The good: great location, just the right size for two people, the hotel staff were excellent, access to the beach through SUR was a welcome Suprise, room is old Cabo for sure (with the exception of an updated bathroom) The bad: no bar soap or dish soap, no toiletries. Thats it! This property is a hotel room with a kitchen it does not have a separate bedroom. Look at the pictures closely!

Great location, wonderful very friendly staff and extremely easy checking!! I absolutely LOVED my stay and Lucia is such a gracious host that checked in with me knowing I was there by myself. I felt completely safe and well cared for. So much nicer than staying at any of these large resorts where there's no personal touch. Very happy

Great value, best location in Cabo San Lucas. This is a private property in a hotel. But less than half the normal hotel tariff. You got all the benefits of the hotel (restaurant, busy bar especially in the evenings, reservations with concierge). Fantastic location. Walking distance to everything, there were 5 restaurants on the same street as the hotel. Except for breakfast at the hotel, we never ate at the same place twice. Never a need for a taxi. Some construction but it was not a bother. Would definitely stay there again. The only downside was that the address was poorly list. It took 3 different taxi rides to get to the right destination.

I was sad to see a negative review on this condo. We stayed there, and it was PERFECT. Was it brand new, no, but you don't get that kind of a deal/cost at the hotel. It had everything we needed, a nice clean new shower, and all the kitchen amenities you need, including a blender! There was construction on the floor in the daytime but you are not supposed to be in the room during the day; you should be out enjoying the amazing area! The pool and swim bar is GREAT, the food amazing, you can walk to the marina, one way or a block to the beach the other way. Lucia was VERY responsive if I had any questions both before and during our stay.

There was dust clouds in the hallway from the construction. we would never stay at Bahia again.

There were 4 adult women, that stayed in the condo. We had a great time in Cabo and would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Cabo! Within walking distance of the beach, marina and multiple stores!

I would certainly do this again as the experience is no different to booking direct and is certainly cheaper

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this place. The hotel its connected to has a VERY good restaurant and the pool is great as well. We will no doubt be staying there again!
