This property is worth considering whatever type of trip you want to have, it's got it all!
Everything in the spa area worked well and was especially great after a long walk in the cold.
The gardens are so well thought out. The property as a whole has all the amenities you need. The host was very helpful and friendly and professional.

The studio was very well equipped, very spacious with a lovely balcony. The sauna , hot tub and pool were perfect. We only stayed the one night as a quick get away but loved the place. Will definitely go back

There's nothing not to like about this stay! It's my second time back here and its even better than I remember! Such an amazing stay! The hosts are great, so friendly and helpful, a lovely introduction to the place showing us around and how we use the spa facilities! The Sea view flat is a great little place to stay in, the bed is so comfortable and the shower in the bathroom is nice and powerful! Great kitchen facilities and a nice touch providing us with treats! I made them aware me and my partner are vegan and they went out there way to provide us with vegan milk! The balcony has such a beautiful view! We stayed here for a week and could of definitely of stayed longer! I would recommend to anyone to stay here! Can't wait to come back in the future!

The apartment has more than you need. They've thought of literally everything, and it's all laid out perfectly for convenience/ease of use. Chris was great with showing me where to go on walks locally, where to eat and how to use the spa facilities. Loved it.
Parking was a smidge difficult as it's rather tight, but it was manageable. Need to be good at reversing to get in/out depending on how you chose to park. This was only for the parking down the stone path, though, and may have been because the gent next to me parked too close.

An amazing apartment. Everything top quality. Well equipped with everything you need and the space well thought out and utilised without being cramped. Lovely balcony for enjoying meals on or just chilling. We loved the gym, pool, steam room and hot tub. Friendly and hospitable hosts. Only downside was having to leave! Highly recommend.

Excellent indoor pool and hot tub. flowers and essentials in apartment when we arrived which was lovely, very quiet location.
Private balcony for sunbathing with lovely distant view of the coast. (studio apartment)
Very lucky with the weather but this made it to hot to do a lot of the long walks recommended by our host.
Just a short drive to visit tourist locations such as Rye, Winchelsea, Eastbourne etc, long walk along the promenade with gently breeze to cool down.
all in all better than going abroad.

We stayed here at the end of a week of hiking and absolutely love it.
The owners really take care of their visitors. We arrived to a hamper of food which included fruit, crisps, cake and biscuits. Plus cider and milk in the fridge.
The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished.
The balcony was large and spacious with stunning views, we could see the sea.
The swimming pool and steam room were lovely, especially for aching muscles from hiking.
The weather wasn’t great, so unfortunately we didn’t use the hot tub, but it looked fantastic.
The owners were very friendly and helpful, with lots of information on walks.
The hospitality and accommodation was outstanding, I can’t wait to visit this place again.

The pool and hot tub facilities also amazing and clean...the gardens all lit up and picturesque

The Rooms are lovley, clean and fresh, hosts are lovley, facilities are brilliant, nice and peaceful, great little weekend get away :)
