Cottage looked as listed. Cute, homey, beachy theme when you walk in. Would suggest bringing extra pillows as the ones provided are very thin and our only complaint is that the beds are not very comfortable. Other than that, we love staying at Beach Dreams and will be looking forward to returning to the area next summer.

We enjoy the calm of the area.

We understood that sheets, towels are not provided when we booked, but after traveling all day, it would be nice to have had a bed made up and ready to climb in to. We did enjoy our stay at the property, it was great and location was great! Easy check in and we spent most mornings out in the sunroom perfect start to the day!

We had an Amazing time!! The cottage was perfect for a young family of 4. The weather wasn’t on our side and then we had car troubles, so we spent ALOT of time relaxing at the cottage. But We really enjoyed it, Thank you!! ❤️

We stayed in May, before the big "rush" to the Ogunquit area. At that time of year, the cottage was quiet and restful. We had a great time.

We went to a different beach almost everyday and enjoyed the pool at least once a day, often more. My son and I had a blast and the space is just at as listed.

Cottage was clean with freshly painted walls, but still seemed old. We called the owner a number of times for the following problems: No driveway - We were told by owner that we could park in front of cottage to unload our car and then move and park by tennis court. A woman came out of a cottage across the dirt street and told us that we couldn't park on the grass. We tried to explain that we were unloading and would move as soon as we could. She ignored our reply and kept insisting we move our car. We finally ignored her, unloaded our car and moved it to the parking by the tennis courts - about 75/100 yards away. We never reported this incident to the owner, but clearly, a parking space is required for this cottage. After almost three hours of driving in endless traffic and our adventure unloading our car, all of us needed a shower. However, none of us could figure out how to turn the shower on. There were no instructions, so we all sponged-off and called it a night. We called owner next day and she explained the procedure. Simple but we never would have found it. She said she would post directions. We signed on to the internet connection successfully, but after an hour or two lost it. I recycled the modem and regained the connection, but it failed again. Around 9:30 PM, I again called the owner and spent the next hour and half trying various things with her and her ISP trying to get a good connection. Finally, the ISP did something and fixed it for the rest of our stay. When you have a 13-year-old granddaughter with you - You MUST have reliable internet service. Finally, a day or two later, our daughter joined us and her daughter. After an enjoyable day at the beach, we returned to the cottage and looked forward to a quiet evening together. My wife and I went into our bedroom to change and then could not open the bedroom door to join the others. We tried everything, short of kicking the door down. Neither my wife nor I had our cell phones in the bedroom, so we relied on our daughter to make phone calls she called the management office and they sent a young man who didn't have a clue what to do. She then called the owner who certainly was concerned. Nothing worked. Our daughter became very concerned about her 84-year old father and 76 year-old mother locked in the bedroom and made it clear that if something wasn't done quick, she would call 911 or kick the door down. A maintenance man finally saved us.

The place was nice and the landlord was really nice and helpful. Washer and dryer is a must for a week with kids . Nice pool and close to the beach .

Quiet area easy check in and check out. Like the Wells area and the guest pool site.
