Gas grill, fire pit, outdoor shower are just some of the summer comforts. We provide weekly cleaning service, trash / recycling pickup, and basic landscaping. We also provide bedding essentials (pillows, blankets, coverlets). Make sure to bring your own linens, i.e. sheets, hand towels, beach towels, kitchen towels or you can arrange with a local linen service. We provide complimentary hand soap dish soap, sponges and cleaning products. In addition, complimentary paper towels, napkins, tissues, toilet paper are also provided. Don't forget to bring your own laundry detergent. Washer and Dryer are located in the basement. Weekly rent includes utilities / amenities: heat, electric, cable TV, streaming & Internet access). No smoking allowed in the house. Rentals run Saturday to Saturday. 10:00 AM Check-out, 4:00 PM Check-in. Security Deposit required to book a preferred week. Balance due in full 4 weeks prior to scheduled booking. If booked week is cancelled within 30 days of scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the deposit, unless we are able re-rent that booking.
