Nestled in Ocean Grove, this lovely house for $186 per night is a great option for your next break. The Sea Shells Beach House is located walking distance from the beach, the Cheeky Cow Cafe and the Ocean Grove Hotel Bistro. The beach is 400 meters away at the end of the street. The Milky Cow Cafe has outside tables with water bowls for your furry friend and excellent coffee. A lot of customers comment on how great the cafe is. The Ocean Grove Hotel is also walking distance and includes a family bistro with a playground with trampolines. The house is a very comfortable 3 bedroom home that sleeps 8 people (maximum 6 adults or a combination of adults and children making up 8 people). The house includes an undercover outdoor entertaining area with a full size BBQ, a spa bath in the bathroom and a wood fired heater for those cold wintery nights. A reverse cycle air conditioner is great for the warmer weather, and heats in the winter. The queen bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans above the beds. Free unlimited internet access with Fetch TV and Netflix. The lounge room includes 3 comfortable leather couches, a large flat screen LED TV, Blu Ray/DVD player and an mp3 compatible stereo. One Queen bedroom also includes a large smart TV and Blu Ray player so the kids can watch DVD's in the bedroom while the adults relax in front of the fire. The fully equipped kitchen is a very generous size and includes a dishwasher. The property has undercover parking and a very secure yard for children or pets. The front of the property has a high fence with gates, so children or pets are able to safely roam right around the property. For the kids there are toys and books in the bunk room, and in the backyard there is a good quality swing set, and wooden cubby house set up with table and chairs and a play kitchen. For those with babies there is a porta cot, quilt for play time on the floor, a bouncer, a baby bath and a change mat. Ocean Grove shops (including shoes, homewares and ladies fashion shops) cafes, large supermarkets and the main patrolled beach are a short drive away. For those who enjoy a hit of golf, there are 7 quality courses within half an hours drive. Apologies but we do not accommodate schoolies groups. Sleeping Arrangements All three bedrooms are very large and have plenty of room for suitcases and other items such as toys or porta cots. There are two Queen bedrooms and one large bunk bedroom with two bunk beds (bunk room sleeps 4). All bedrooms include oil fin heaters for the chilly nights, and fans for the warmer nights. Beds are supplied with a mattress protector, uncovered doona's, protected uncovered pillows and an extra blanket. You can choose to bring your own sheets, doona covers and pillow cases, or we can make up the beds with our linen for $50 per QB and $30 per SB. I would happily recommend, we had a lovely stay. The house was as expected and the hot-tub was a big hit with the teenagers. Our 2 Labradors felt very at home & I felt very reassured with the secure and fully fenced front and back yards. The beach was just a short walk away making the location ideal.

Great house Private and good for a dog. It was also a good walking distance to the beach. The cafe opposite beach had very good coffee and lunches. You need to drive to main Ocean Grove shopping centre for food supplies.

My partner and l have stayed here quite a few times . The house is comfortable, with all that we need ,close to the beach the pub and best of all we can bring our dog . He loves ruining in the surf on the dog friendly beach . Can’t wait to return

Thanks again for a wonderful weekend. We love the location, especially as we have a dog, and the beach is walking distance. The house is very roomy And comfortable, and well equipped. The big yard is great too. We love being so close to the Dawn cafe,which is excellent, and the pub across the road. A great stay. Thanks.

Close to the beach, Ocean Grove Hotel just 50 meters up the road. A quick drive into the town, or you can walk. It was a great little spot, our fur babies loved the beach, and they had a secure backyard. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would go there again. If I had to say anything negative, it would be, it could of been handed over a little cleaner

We have stayed at this property several times now and have always had an enjoyable and relaxing time. In the past the property has always been very well presented but this time unfortunately cleanliness of the house was not great and the bed in the main bedroom was almost broken, It was just lucky only one person was sleeping in it .

Beautiful house located just a short beach from Ocean Grove’s pristine beach - and a short drive from the beachside villages of Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff. Lots of room and beautiful garden made for a nice relaxing holiday for all including our furry friend.

What a wonderful place, clean and tidy. Everything that we needed was there. The outdoor setting and bbq was a delight. Our 2 dogs also loved the backyard. Thankyou Fiona for letting us stay.

My partner and I (and our Golden Retriever) had a lovely stay. Felt like a Home away from home - right near Ocean Beach - you could actually hear the Waves at night.. The Stars & Vibe of Surroundings were Special too.. ✨ This exceptionally Spacious & Homely Holiday House has everything provided, for a relaxing Holiday Getaway. The tranquil Gardens are fully Gated, with a Separately Gated Backyard for your Furry Friend/s.. So you can rest assured that your Doggo &/or Kiddo's will be safe! Affordable, Dog Friendly Accommodation can be hard to find so close to the Beautiful Bellarine Ocean Beaches... 😊 Everything was nearby; with a Magical Dog Friendly, Ocean Beach (which seemed to change every day, due to Tides & Light) an easy walk away... 'tis a Stunning Beach Location! Our Goldie loved sitting on the Back Porch, wandering around the Gardens & Walking down to the Beach. She's a Mature, Big Dog, but had no issues accessing Beach nearby. Plus, she happily used the Ramp & Steps to access the Front & Back Yard! My partner loved the Speedy Internet Connection, 'adult friendly' Swing Set (lol) & BBQ Area.. I loved the Spa, Heaters, Cooking in a lovely Kitchen, and watching Netflix/ Catch Up TV on the Smart TV's. Internet and Self Check in was Flawless.. Communication with Host Fiona was Excellent. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and happy.. We highly recommend this Holiday House, and hope to return again in the future. Thanks you, Fiona; We had the bestest Holiday... And, Woof from Bronte, our Golden Retriever 🐶.. 10/10...

Large easy going house, perfect for large groups. Safe back yard for the kids and medium to large dogs. Close waking distance to the dog beach. The perfect house for a relaxed no fuss holiday. We will be back.

Nice to be able to walk to the beach each day. Ate twice at the Ocean Grove Hotel which was a short walk away. House was roomy and had all the basics you need. Great that we could watch Netflix too. Our dogs were safe in the yard and our car secure in the carport. Would stay again. Thank you.

The house is located on quite a busy road, however secure garden and high fences made it safe for our dogs. The outdoor decking could do with a paint. However, modern and clean BBQ and large outdoor table. Loved the leather couches in lounge area, and floor boards in ma i n areas. Could do with more kitchen platters for entertaining, and tea towels Great selection of wine glasses. Nice big kitchen area. Comfortable beds.

We hosted Christmas for family who live nearby in Geelong and it was absolutely perfect. The pictures were exactly as advertised and everyone had a great time. Lovely big kitchen and entertaining area and it was a hot day so great to have the option of eating inside with nice cool air conditioning. We brought our dog and the yard was very secure and he loved it. The beach nearby (within walking distance) was magnificent and we joined locals in watching the sunset over the waves. Thanks for making this precious time perfect for our Christmas day.

Property wonderful for young kids. High chair, toys, books, swings kids eating ware - the lot! Great location short walk to beach, lovely Dawn cafe (with great coffee!) and playground. Will be back.
