Enjoy direct oceanfront views from your private 4th floor balcony and master bedroom windows. Its open kitchen/ living / dining also provides amazing views facing a quiet stretch of beach. Clean and fully furnished, the unit provides all the comforts of home including private laundry in unit. New Queen size master bed, bunk beds (single on top and full on bottom with single trundle) and queen sleeper sofa sleeps 6 people comfortably. Atlantic 22 is in Ormond by the Sea, and this condominium property features a community pool, WiFi, DirecTV streaming, elevator, on-site assigned parking (plus open parking spaces for extra vehicles), and a community grill. The nearly private, “no-drive” beach access is across the street. Plenty of local attractions nearby, including St. Augustine just 30 minutes north and the World’s Famous Daytona Beach just 15 minutes south. We were very satisfied by our experience. Great view from the balcony. Reasonably priced. Conveniently located to beach and town. Friendly residents. Nice pool. Very comfy king bed in master bedroom, couch and recliner in living room. Covered parking. Several wash down areas outside to keep sand from getting inside. Full kitchen. Easy check in/out procedure.

First of all there was a lack of supplies such as no broom, old pots, no iron, and just plain old kitchen supplies. The shower was very dangerous. It had no bath mat and no place to hold on in the shower.. the floors and walls in the shower were very slippery and one could easily fall. I use to keep my phone close by in case I would fall. On top of is all, there was no cable tv, just a very poor streaming device called fire tv. It was very complicated to fine shows. Many seniors would not be able to figure it out. A Roku system is much better, but it needs cable. So being a solo traveler, this was a big disappointment. The washer and dryer were very noisy. The cleaning people left a bunch of towels in the dryer that I had to fold and put away. The overhead fans were inoperable. The decor was very poor, old furniture and a huge farmhouse table in the middle of the living room that took up much space. On the positive side, the view from the balcony was great with comfortable outdoor chairs. The lockbox where the key was in was all weather beaten and not well marked. It took time finding it and opening it up. The cable guy left a note about servicing the cable but put it in the lock box. I did not discover it until I returned the keys to the box when I left. I will never stay here again.

The apartment is comfortable, it was clean, beautiful view, really facing the sea. Neighbors were friendly, quiet atmosphere. The beds were comfortable enough, it met the description of everything. Ormond Beach offers tranquility, beautiful nature and a place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of a city, we would return happy.

Quite place. Told heated pool, no heat in that pool only one key 3 people just not convient. Going back in July won't be staying same place.

There were plumbing, electrical and cleanliness issues that need addressing. Hannah was helpful but sometimes difficult to track down when needed right away. The view was great but we just felt the condo needed some cleaning, light bulbs need replacement, electrical switches not working, glass stove top broken, lack of glasses and pots/pans, electric socket without a cover. These issues might not be important to some, but they were to us. We emailed all of the issues to Hannah who asked me to stop emailing them as it was causing difficulty with the maintenance people. In Hannah’s defense, the major plumbing issue we had was taken care of and a partial reimbursement made.

Vacation rental
This condo has an unbelievable view,2 bed 2 bath. The condo is fully equipped with every kitchen essential you can think of! They even have Beach loungers! Our Hostess Hannah has been nothing short of incredible! We complained about a lumpy mattress + to my amazement they replaced it within a few days! I highly recommend this place! Five stars all the way!

Arrived at the unit to open the door and hit with heavy smoke smell (for a non-smoking unit!). Floors were not cleaned, our feet were black after walking barefoot. No smoke detector, ripped right off the wall. Dishes and linens were all shabby and definitely needed to be replaced. TV in living room did not work at all, cable box dead. Called the emergency number in the instructions and handyman answered and indicated he would come over next day (Sunday) to look at TV. Did not show up so called him back around noon, and let him know we were going out for afternoon. He said he had jokey so would be by later. Did not happen so when we got home, I switched box from bedroom so we could watch Super Bowl. One hour into the Super Bowl, heard water running. Discovered the hot water heater had burst. Called emergency number again, said he’d be there asap. Used every towel and blanket in unit to mop up water And my husband turned off water to heater. Handyman finally showed up a couple of hours later,looked at heater and said he would be back next day to replace heater. Did not attempt to drain tank. Next morning build manage was at door as units in all three floors below us had water leaking into their units. He and another tenant hooked up a hose and attempted to drain tank. I took all wet towels, etc out into balcony hallway to avoid more damage to lower units. Handyman finally came back at around noon and replaced which took 3plus hours. Had to dispose of mop, broom and other items in closet that were worn, filthy and moldy. Building manager asked me to call owner and provided me with his number. Owner stated “I don’t deal with that stuff. Contact Tony or Jennifer at I-Trip. “. Not even, I am sorry for your inconvenience. Called I-Trip and informed that all issues must be submitted by e-mail. Notify them that if someone did not pickup wet laundry, Inwas putting in dumpster. Handyman finally came back and took to maid. She brought back fresh towels and cleaned laundry a few days later. However, no one ever came to clean unit and handyman finally brought over new mop and broom so we could clean it ourselves. He also installed new smoke detector. I had to make two trips to Spectrum and get a service visit to finally get TV working. The only response from I-Trip was an email letting me know that using the emergency number for the burst heater was ok, but in the future, use the proper procedure and notify them via email.

Great Value
We love the quiet, clean, residential beaches of Ormond Beach, FL and the community at Atlantic 22 is great! This condo was tidy and well stocked. The AC was ICE COLD, which we appreciated. We also valued the elevator, covered parking, and the pool. We will stay again!

Excellent place
We had a great time at this place. It was very quiet and the people who lived there were very friendly. If all goes as planned we hope to be able to return for the month of June again next year. Thank you We loved your place.

Enjoy the view
Our stay was excellent! The view is hard to beat and the condo met our needs. The area is quiet and the beach is just a few steps away. Shopping, restaurants and other facilities are close by. The bus stop is right in front of the building. Whenever we had a concern, Jessica and Tony were quick to respond. Because of our positive experience, we have already booked to return next year.
