The fact that it had stove and fair few essential kitchen tools, cooking oils and etc saved me a lot of time and money on buying these items.

Deb thought of everything we could need and more, super hospitable. The property was perfect for what we needed giving comfort, style and space.

The house is full of historical character and has been tastefully decorated with lovely antiques. It's in a fantastic location close to the city centre too. There's aircon and a very large TV in a comfortable sitting area upstairs, perfect for watching a movie on Netflix, as well as another TV downstairs in a more formal lounge room. The host was extremely thoughtful and efficient, meeting us on arrival to check us in and providing us with free range eggs from her chickens, bacon, bread, juice, milk, 2 types of muesli, spreads, condiments, chocolates and even washing powder. She also helped us to turn on the gas oven and gave us useful suggestions (e.g. her recommendations of the historic Crown pub beside the river for dinner and the Wooli and Minnie Waters beaches were spot on).
The beds were comfortable but the one upstairs squeaked when you moved. The stairs were very steep but manageable.

it had absolutely everything we could ever need! it was like a home away from home and was lovely staying in such unique accommodation. Debbie was fantastic and super responsive! Will recommend to others.
the stairs are pretty steep - but that’s to be expected in such a home, but with a more than comfortable room downstairs it was perfect.

It’s location is excellent for accessing town easily and it’s proximity to the river and other places of interest is excellent

Greatly appreciated that Deb provided breakfast supplies, especially some eggs from her chickens. It was all very comfortable.
The street was a bit busier than anticipated.

Owner of the property met us on arrival,, gave us a walk through and explanation of how to utilise appliances etc. Homely atmosphere of property. Owner provided us with fresh eggs, bacon, milk, bread etc on arrival. Very accommodating and welcoming.

Property was maintained in keeping with its history & was within walking distance from everything in Grafton.
The host provided many extras which made the stay extra special.
internal stairs were very steep to get up to 2nd bedroom

Loved staying in accommodation of a bygone era. Four poster beds, lots of comfy pillows, lots of reminders in every room of how people lived in the olden days. It was a lovely experience, reminiscent of great grandparents home and furnishings. Kitchen is better than well stocked..everything has been thought of, and provided. ie bacon and egg for brekky.
And Jacaranda trees were in bloom in the back yard..heavenly!
Narrow staircase and treads a bit tricky to navigate during the night if there are bathroom needs. Need to take care.

The owner of this property was great ,meet us at check-in and told us everything about this beautiful property you could ever want to know. Close to everything, but quiet and very comfortable, has great facilities such as internet and smart tv😄
