Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Das Appartement liegt zentral und ruhig zwischen Agaete und Puerto de las nieves. Das Haus ist umgeben von Bäumen und Pflanzen und der Balkon ist im Grünen. Zum Strand ca. 0.8 km

Da keine persönliche Ansprechperson vor Ort ist, alles via Internet, Email, WhatsApp. Ich hatte dummerweis 2 Personen in der Buchung gelassen jedoch nur eine angemeldet. Bis das nicht geklärt war wartete ich 3 Stunden auf den Schlüsselcode.

Estancia acogedora y tranquila

La tranquilidad de la zona, la amplitud de la casa, limpia, con terraza privada y bastante grande, genial para relajarte, y a 10 minutos caminando, tienes senderos, playa y charcos naturales que están increíbles...

El apartamento un pelín antiguo y para ir uno solo, no lo vi barato comparado con otros a los que he ido. En grupos si es una opción asequible

Great apartment, nice view from balcony.

The beds were terribly soft. I guess just old. These would be nice to change. The balcony at evening can be a bit noisy, they are people meeting just under the balcony. But they dont yell, they just chat.

Pleasant

The drains in the bathroom were rather smelly. Unfortunately Wi-Fi wasn’t available which impacted on communication. However, the owner did provide some compensation for this.

Close to everything and clean.

It's a nice place to stay with a family. Not far from the beach, natural pools, the center and the grocery store. Very nice balcony. Very nice people who cleaned the outside of the property every day.

For the half of the stay we had cold water. That was not the best experience for bathing our children. I had the feeling that the staff assumed I'm waiting in the property a whole day waiting for someone to fix the heating issue. After leaving the key to the apartment no one came for two days. Just after sending a disappointment message someone came within 5 minutes to fix the cold water problem. There's only one roll of toilet paper for four persons for 5 days, a bit of watered down hand soap. Also the kitchen equipment could be checked and improved, e.g. to have more cutlery or wine glasses. It's not visible on pictures, but the property heads to a grass field where people walk their dogs, sometimes cleaning after them, and where are located garbage bins. However they're in a safe distance.

Great stay with beautiful balcony with a view

The apartment was very nice and we loved the balcony, the whole town was easy accessible from the accommodation and it was easy to park at the accommodation

That every night there were people smoking under the balcony on the street. It's nothing the host can help/do anything about, but good to know beforehand.

Lovely terrace

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a beautiful terrace with views to the mountains and sea. It is close to the old centre of Agaete and 10 minutes walk to the beach with its many seafood restaurants. Its the best place to explore the North of the island. There are some lovely hiking trails very close by too. The host Maria was very friendly and always on hand. Communication was excellent.Plenty of parking, excellent WiFi and Netflix.

Very easy and comfortable. Lovely host

The lady who met us was so lovely and welcoming. The house has a great sunny balcony for chilling and is cosy inside. The location is perfect close to supermarket, beach and restaurants

Perfect stay in Agaete. Highly recommended!

What a place! A true gem in Agaete! It all starts with a very friendly contact with Maria, the host. She contacted my via booking.com and WhatsApp and we could arrange the key hand-over perfectly on time. Maria is such a very nice friendly and cordial person! I felt very welcome. She has pretty good English skills and communication was good and fun. The apartment is wonderful. Spacy, clean, fully equipped with an beatiful balcony. Even in brutal late-summer heat it was shady and comfortable. There is good WiFi, Netfix-TV (!) a kitch with everything you need, two sleeping rooms, a living room and a bathroom. Maria offered fresh fruits and a bottle of wine as a welcome present! Perking right in front of the house is no problem. It´s a 10+ minutes walk down to Puerto de las Nieves with it´s nice fish restaurants, little shops and agreat rocky beach (a litte north of the main beach). Into Agaete village center it´s also just a few minutes walk (don´t miss beautiful Huerta de las Flores garden!). A Spar supermarket is within walking distance, a huge Hiperdino supermarket only 5 minutes away by car. All in all it was a perfect stay! And last but not least great value for money. Muchas gracias Maria! Should I ever come back to Gran Canaria, I will stay there!

Lovely comfortable apartment in a great location.

Very nice comfortable apartment in a good location. Easy parking. Generally quiet although there was some motorbike noise at the weekends. Easy to walk into Agaete in one direction and to Puerto Nieves in the other. Also easy to walk to local supermarket which was good. Rooms comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Laundry good. Balcony was a real delight where we could eat/drink and watch the world go by. Maria very friendly and helpful and was flexible over arrival times.

Felt slightly misled by descriptions that it had a "sea view", as it didn't, and that we could use the garden, as we couldn't, as it was Maria's mother's own garden.
