This unit has perfect views and great location! Right across from the beach. The unit itself needs some work. The property manager was very friendly and responsive. Overall experience was good but the unit does need newer furnishings and updates. It was not as clean as I expected either

We had a great time. Location is great if you have older children. The street is VERY busy so would be hard with littles. The beach is visible from the window upstairs and we really enjoyed having coffee looking at the beach. We got up early a few mornings to look for shells before the tide changed and it was easy to walk over. Manatee Beach is great for grabbing food quickly and enjoying fun at the beach. There was ALOT of people there so again, it would be hard with littles if you worry they run off. Owners were responsive and very nice. My only issue would be that if I would have planned to cook more, it would have been difficult with the pans. TONS of plates and glasses, but very little to actually cooking meals in. The place is in desperate need for more skillets. It was also lovely to be near Publix to restock when needed. We had a golf cart delivered so we were able to get around for supplies and fun easily.

Could use a thorough cleaning and repair of items along with replacement of certain furniture. Bed wad addressed in previous comments but still not fixed. Minor repairs through out need to be addressed.

We have stayed at this property or the downstairs property in the past and we have enjoyed it every time. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect!

We loved the convenient location of the house, but it is on a very busy, loud road. Previous reviews mentioned the sagging king mattress which was very uncomfortable. We had hoped it would have been taken care of but wasn’t. There were several burnt out lights bulbs in the light fixtures, which made the place seem quite dark. The host was very kind in letting us check in early since we had an early morning flight. All in all the duplex was fine but could definitely use a little TLC. Anna Maria Island was wonderful and we hope to come back soon.

The condo is in the perfect location with a balcony view of the beach …. Beautiful sunsets and the perfect spot for your morning coffee !!! Able to walk to many of the shops, restaurants and bars. The condo is nicely furnished and was very clean and well stocked. Super easy check in and out. Thank you Parvaneh for everything…. We will definitely be back 💕💕

This condo was extremely clean, very roomy and so beautiful. The natural light in this place is so calming . The steps were a bit challenging, especially with luggage and might be too much for renters with limited mobility. But for my husband and I, both in our 60's, we were fine. The bed in the master bedroom sags in the middle, I slept fine but probably needs replaced. Parvaneh was always quick to respond, she replaced beach chairs our last day and we had already rented two but Parvaneh graciously reimbursed us. Thanks so much! The ping pong table was fun on the rainy day that we had. The washer and dryer worked great and were a big convenience. Overall we loved this place so much and miss it already.

The duplex is centrally located in the middle of the island right across the street from the beach. It was clean and offered everything that was needed from a stocked pantry to beach chairs, wagon, towels, etc. Parvaneh was quick to reply to messages and answer all questions. Good value and great location.

Great location
The property is in a great location, right across the street from Holmes beach and around the corner from Publix grocery store. The beach area has a restaurant and bar, restroom and changing facilities, and a clothing/souvenir shop. We rented a golf cart and also used the free trolley to get around the island. We enjoyed some good food, live music, and family time at the beach! Parvaneh was very responsive to any needs we had during our stay. We would stay here again!

Overall the property is great. Aome of the furniture could use some upgrades. Beds are a little too soft for me, but I am particular to a form mattress. The location ia great and the owner is VERY responsive.

Very nice property, just be prepared for the stairs. Very roomy property and it had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach items. Appreciated the nice touch of labeled light switches as well. Communication with the property owner was seamless. Responded to questions very quickly. Overall, a great experience.

The property is right across from the beach with a restaurant and gift shop. There is also a free trolly stop right there and definitely worth using to get down to the Anna Maria Pier and shops. We had a great week here, the condo was very roomy and nice. The location was great! It had everything we needed. Right across from the beach and the trolley. It was on a busy road but it was very quiet in the condo. Overall we loved it!

We stayed here from March 19-26 and had a great week. The property is exactly as it appears online and was very clean. The location is great if you like the beach (you can walk across the street and be on the beach in 5 minutes max). This is a great place to stay on AMI at a reasonable cost.

Perfect size
The property was the perfect size for our family of 4. It is in a great location because you can walk to the beach the only down side is the business of the road that it is off of. Otherwise very clean, plenty of space to spread out and enjoyed the balcony out front. Great place to Walt here the sunset!

Spacious and comfortable!
This place is spacious compared to other 2 beds 2 baths. I do want to point out it is the 3rd floor, so 2 flights of steps. I have to say, with the type of stairs it was really quite easy to go up and down. We are retirees so I was a bit worried. Location is great for restaurants and the beach. However gulf drive is busy and navigating the street is treacherous with traffic constant. Also you pull in and out on gulf drive… but there is room to turn the car around so you can face Gulf to pull out. Inside was lovely as well as the view!

Great Beach work vacation
This is a great property. There is a busy road between you and the beach but there is a crosswalk at the corner that makes it easy to cross.Property has everything you need and the owner was very responsive to all our questions would definitely recommend to families and couples!

The condo are in a very spot. A lot of traffic outside the balcony at the front. But the bedrooms are at the outher side so it dosent disturp you. It was a wonderful place to stay at. We higly recommend it

Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. I thought I would just try to answer a few questions I initially had about the property on my review in case others had the same questions. There was a washer and dryer located in the master between the bedroom and on suite bathroom. The unit is part of a duplex that sits on top of another unit, so both can see the water. This unit is on the top floor, this was not a problem for us, but if you have trouble with stairs just know there are a few sets of steps you have to walk up each time. There is a public beach access right across the street, a bit more crowded because of that, but we enjoyed having the amenities that came with it such as restrooms and a bar/place to get food. Plenty of beach towels, which is always very nice. The unit itself was very spacious, the only recommendation I would have is that the owners need to update their beach chairs. Since we flew in, we used their beach equipment and most of it was very rusty and in need of being replaced. We would definitely stay here again!

The house too old, no clean, we arrive and the door was open, beds were not made, we need to clean all ourselves!!!! Beach things all dirty, old and broken! Very old , and not renovated house, dirty everywhere!! Food open in the fridge,
