We loved being close to the action in the Acropolis area, and at the same time the place was peaceful and relaxing.

It was an excellent location… very stylish. Well-supplied kitchen. Both bathrooms were great. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly.

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property.

Quiet yet centrally located!

Excellent tour of property from the host, who was very responsive and easy to work with. The apartment was well stocked with coffee and necessities. The washer/dryer combo was really great! We were impressed at how quiet the apartment was at night even though it is located in the middle of Plaka. We will definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would change is the blankets on the beds--they were extremeley scratchy and uncomfortable. Fortunately, it was summer so this did not impact our stay. There were also several fleece blankets provided that were much softer, but a bit warm for summer.

Loved it and want to return.

The property is in an excellent location! You can walk to most areas, or catch the metro (or other public transportation), very easily.

The door to the apartment gave us a little trouble, but our host was quick to help solve the issue. Really, there wasn’t anything to not like about it.

An excellent apartment in a fantastic location.

The location was fantastic! Apartment had many amenities and was very clean. The host was very helpful. Shops and restaurants close by , but very quiet street at night.

The single beds were a little uncomfortable and the oven was not easy to use.

The location , facilities & size of the place is perfect for a family with 2 school children.

On the last day of our stay there was a transport strike in Athens. The host went beyond expectation by arranging private transport for us to the airport!!!

Great stay!

Very friendly and helpful host! The apartment is on one of "Plaka"'s pedestrian streets - perfect base for exploring Athens center by foot. 5 minutes work to Acropolis entrance and the metro station. The apartment is fully equipped for your stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Very great!

The apartment was amazing! In the Center of the “Plaka” where you could reach everything in a few minutes! The interior is comfortable, all rooms were clean, the beds are great, the two washing rooms are very modern and it felt like home. We’ll coming back for sure.

Superb

The location was amazing for exploring Athens and we enjoyed meeting and talking with the host! We spent 3 nights in Athens and were able to walk to everything.

The beds weren't the most comfortable. The larger bed does sag a bit in the middle. But, we would book again just for the location and space for a family of 4.

Beautiful, modern apartment in the heart of Plaka that was excellent value and so comfortable

Super friendly and helpful host who was waiting for us at the apartment with air con switched on for our convenience. We were late due to airport delay but she waited patiently for us and then went through everything with us regarding the apartment and use of the appliances etc. The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated and modern and it was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything one needs for a comfortable, home from home stay. The location was fantastic and in the best part of Plaka. The hostess was more than obliging in allowing us to stay longer in the apartment on departure day which was much appreciated. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed in Athens and the communication and check in and check out process was faultless. We will most certainly book this apartment again and will recommend it to our family and friends.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend!

The location was amazing!

We booked a 2 bedroom, but the owner decided we only needed one, so had locked the 2nd bedroom and I had to sleep on the couch after a 36 hour trip from Canada. I always careful choose accommodations based on our needs, but several of the advertised amenities were not available. For example, the 2nd night we were getting ready to go out for dinner and I couldn’t find the iron or the clothes rack to dry our laundry. I contacted the owner who said she could come in an hour to an hour and a half. Not great when we wanted to go out. The sheet was missing from the main bedroom—just a very stiff and scratchy blanket to cover yourself with. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were very uncomfortable. When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, so made us wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. Also, when we arrived (after midnight)we had to produce a 100 Euro deposit (which I’ve never encountered and didn’t see in the fine print). The only way to get it back was to meet with owner and pass the check out inspection. All of this was extremely inconvenient and severely hampered our ability to do what we wanted when we wanted. It was a very strange and disappointing experience. We have stayed in many other private apartments in our travels and never encountered any of these difficulties.

Just what we were hoping for with an AMAZING location in Plaka. Near the Acropolis, great food, and great shopping.

very clean, new bathrooms, new kitchen, very organized, kitchen had everything needed. Owner is so nice!

Must Remember to turn on the hot water for showers in the mornin.

Great location and welcoming host

- Location was excellent - almost walking distance from Acropolis and train station - Host was very welcoming and ensured she supported us through our stay - advising us on various things - Flat was immaculate and well maintained - Kitchen was great with coffee maker, washing machine etc which was useful for a family stay

- One of the rooms had 2 twin beds which were a bit hard to sleep on due to the mattress. Its personal preference if one likes hard vs soft beds but would have loved to have 2 double beds.

EVERYTHING WE COULD HAVE ASKED FOR

This was one of the best experiences with a property and host that my family has had. The host, George said he wanted us to feel like the apartment was our home and he definitely succeeded. Beautiful , modern and comfortable this property is in the best location to enjoy Plaka neighborhood and the Acropolis.
