The condo is only a couple of blocks away from the beach and rests in Siesta Key Village where you will find lots of great dining, amazing shops, coffee houses and more, all a short walk away. With everything you could want and need at your fingertips; I assure you that you will never want to leave LuLu's Key House! We provide everything for your stay! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a heated communal pool (5ft at its deepest) has been completely renovated top to bottom, side to side with nothing left untouched....this home away from home is truly paradise! Come check out this beautifully painted mural in the back pool area where you can relax in the sun poolside or lounge under a cafe umbrella while the chef in your family cooks up some bison burgers on the barbecue grill......medium rare please! This ground level tropical oasis 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has been completed with high end finishings, like crown molding, solid stone counter, stainless kitchen, plantation shutters, porcelain wide plank tiles and an outdoor shower. This unit has a Rinnai tankless water heater providing you plenty of hot water. Included is a water softener and filtration system throughout! Most rental houses and condos do not offer this. Also we have stackable washers/dryers within the building for your convenience. No private w/d.We provide beach items too like, beach towels, beach umbrella and a beach cart for your convenience! The living room is beautifully decorated in serene beach calming colors that are sure to keep you happy and relaxed every minute of your vacation. Large Smart TV in living room and wall-mounted TV in each bedroom. Frontier TV service and free WiFi all for your entertainment, plus an USB port has been added for your convenience. New washer and dryers are located around the corner from the outdoor shower for your convenience. The small yet modern kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, quartz countertops, tiled floors, a brand new garbage disposal, and dining for 6 people. Dishes and small appliances are provided.....just add food! Both bedrooms have queen beds, newer memory foam mattresses, flatscreen TV's with basic cable, and ample closet space. This is a first floor unit. There are TWO assigned parking spots marked "Leatherback". The patio area has lounge chairs, table with umbrella and barbecue grills for family cookouts and of course a heated communal pool for those warm days when a swimming pool is just what you need. The two bedroom units have 2 parking spaces. Contact us to book all 4 units and have the entire space for you and your friends and family. We may be flexible on dates of stay. Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage. We help make the most of your vacation by providing Xplorie's Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day including a choice of a free bike rental, kayak rental, a dolphin cruise tour, or admission to the Ringling Museum ! Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver. Nice great location! Comfortable, not luxury but nice! It was cold and windy while we were there so really enjoyed the heated pool! Good communication on a couple of issues! Overall great stay!

The location was perfect. The beach wagon provided made walking to beach access 5 very easy. The village from the house was about a stones throw. Seista Market (grocery store) right down the street. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The house was spacious for us two couples. The beds were comfy. The only thing that I wish that was included in the house was a cleaning spray to clean the counters and the stove top. Don’t expect many extras that previous renters leave behind like coffee, coffee filters, spices etc. They keep a clean, comfortable house.

Everything was very clean. Location was perfect. Loved the beach vibe. My daughter loved the pool even more than the ocean! We stayed here last year and loved it so much we had to come this year. Hoping to make this our yearly spot.

So clean & comfortable. Convenient to Village. Would stay here again for sure! Suggestion: Add a mirror to bedrooms for 1 person to get ready while other in bathroom.

The microwave didn’t work when we got there, was fixed the next day but we used it once and it stopped working again. There are no full length mirrors and with 5 girls it was very hard to get ready. The toilet wasn’t working properly so we had to take the top off to get the water to fill up so it would flush. The place was beautiful, great location, and we would would stay again!! Thanks so much!

Only complaint nobody ever emptied the garbage by the pool all week. So beer cans overflowing started to smell and not look great. But otherwise incredible location. Great ac. Awesome spot.

All four of us were very happy with our time in Siesta Key. LuLu Keyhouse was in a great location. Quite yet only a block from shops and restaurants. The beach was not far and the house came equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. The house was clean and comfortable. Would return to this place when planning another vacation.

Perfect location. Very responsive owner. Beautiful home. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4. A 5th could sleep on the very comfy couch. Everything you need is walking distance. Book it! You won’t regret it.

From the moment we arrived condo was more than expected. We stayed in leatherback, great for a small group. In april 2022 we stayed in green just as great. Amenities were top notch, pool was a nice break from the ocean. Location is perfect. Directly behind the village, 2 min walk to beach (access 5) which we prefer. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys, etc. Everything you need is ready and waiting for you. Wouldnt stay anywhere else. Stop looking at other places!! Lulu's has it all and more!!!

This place was simply amazing. I have stayed at arbnb/vrbos all over the globe. This is at the top of the list. The owners were so accommodating when I had unexpected plans change and I needed to stay longer, communication was seamless and personal. When I booked this place a little more last minute I was thinking it may be a little too far from the beach or noisy close to the center of the village. I couldn't have been more wrong. It was quiet, The walk to the beach was just a couple minutes, and I was so close to everything I loved it. When I left a charger - the owner said no problem, they will mail it back. I want to say, this is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. Loved it.

This was the perfect location. It was as the pictures show. Clean, the pool was very private, had all the amenities for cooking, beach equipment provided. All activities, food, shopping and grocery all with in walking distant....like 2-5 min walk. People said it was noisy in other reviews but I didn't find it to be an issue. You won't be disappointed. I hate to leave a good review because I want it to be available when I rent it again 😉.
