Comfortable stay and the staff are very nice and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location near the Ganges. The room was large and the shower gave very hot water. Once the restaurant manager returned we began to enjoy the food. The restaurant manager was very accommodating when he returned and made sure the food was good for us and also accommodated my dietary intolerances. The reception staff are kind and helpful. The young man in the hotel shop was very kind and welcoming.

The sheets could be cleaner. The person who took over from the manager on our first day in the restaurant could have been a bit better and swapped the soup for my mother instead of saying no as she said she didn't like it but he said he's not swapping it, which I found very strange.

Decent stay.

It is a decent property. it is very close to Ganga ghat. food is from the menu is good. peaceful ambience. spacious rooms.

it is extremely difficult to reach to the hotel. Cars or autos don’t drop you at the hotel gate. We had to drag our luggage for atleast 30mins to reach the hotel. it was painful. Also, you will not find any sort of cab service or autos to travel around in the area. either you rent a vehicle or walk.

to reaching the hotel is very difficult and the major issue is the location mentioned in website is totally wrong. due to this we charge more taxi rental. it’s big big mistake.

Dissatisfied regarding value for money

Location and ambience

Flies in the restaurant . For Toothpaste, coffee sachets etc we had to keep on ringing the reception .After room is cleaned all this stuff should be automatically be replaced Two rooms at same price but one was much smaller . Also no breakfast was provided for the higher tariff-

Bad Stay. No value for money. Pathetic service

The room size was ok

The restaurant was pathetic. They served foul food. The kitchen closing was never communicated. Slept without food. No empathy. Only few things of the menu were available . Would never book from the site and the hotel as well

The rooms were very comfortable and the stay was good but the only problem I faced was while reaching the hotel, the roads that lead to the hotel are very narrow and they don't have any parking space in the hotel. Although they assist you with parking a 100 meters away. The staff will accompany you or the driver to get your cars parked. All in all it was sublime stay, making it an overall peaceful experience!

Amazing stay....

I was a little skeptical about the whole booking as this was my first stay and i wanted to stay close to Ganga ji. It turned out that my choice of hotel was just perfect just a two minute walk from Ganga arti, awesome room, nice clean linen hot shower and great water pressure. Food is so yummy i fell in love with the pizza and cold coffee. I would surely come back for a longer stay

Excellent Hospitality

We stayed at Green by one earth for 1 day and we experienced the best ever hospitality from each and everyone of the hotel staff starting from the day we arrived till the day we checked out. Rooms were very spacious with a king size bed. Mattress was very comfortable. Each request to the housekeeping was also met with prompt response and the rooms and baths were kept efficiently maintained. Special thanks to Mr Yogendra approach towards guest need and excellence in service. Food was delicious. Would want to stay again with such amazing comfort and safe stay... Thanking you for everything.... Wish you a happy life and well prosperous future... Thank you

I stayed in this hotel for the first time, the food here was fabulous, clean and hygienic rooms and the staff was very helpful. The property is very close to ganga river, 100 meters walking distance. I recommend everyone to stay here, totally worth the money!

I liked nothing about this hotel, except that it is slightly near ganga river, ram jhula etc. Room, washroom, facility, hospitality everything was pathetic.

Room, washroom, facility, hospitality everything was pathetic. There was pathetic smell in room and washroom. Couldn’t sleep in those bedsheet and blanket provided as they were dirty. Got it changed still it was not clean. Room intercom was not working. Staff was rude. I have been to many hotels but this was the worst one.

Okay Service

They called and asked for a compulsory advanced fee even though we booked the hotel through booking.com. Additional GST was also excluded from the bill shown in booking.com. I have to pay that too.
