DETAILS: This beautiful four bedroom home is located in the Park district of WaterColor Resort.Located only a few blocks from the beach, guests staying in this home can quickly access the beach, restaurant, pools, town center, and the BoatHouse. This 3,531 sq ft home can accommodate 12 people and gives the feel of quaint southern beach elegance. With plenty of space, seating, and close proximity to the beach, this home is ideal for large families or friends to vacation together. Relax on one of the screened in porches with friends and family, which over look a small green space park. We enjoyed our stay very much and it suited our family well. The kids loved Cinnamon & Shadow(outside cats) and they fed them with the cat food provided according to instructions left. The couple of issues we had with the house were tended to in a timely manner by 360 Blue. We would gladly stay here again. Carol M. & Family

House was perfect for our family’s Thanksgiving—all 11adults and 4 kids (15 to 1 year old). Kitchen space and fitting perfect for cooking a big meal plus eating at two round tables made for excellent visiting. Tried to rebook for next Thanksgiving But alas already booked. Found another that will work very well.

Absolutely love this home and decided to rent it again this year however we had issues with bugs and cockroaches everywhere in the house this time. Roaches were on kitchen counter, bed pillows, ceilings, bathroom counter and other places. We would definitely rent again but we would make sure it was pest treated before hand.

The home has been beautifully updated! Location was superb - in walking distance to Watercolor Beach Club, Boathouse, Beach and Watercolor shops. Accommodations for our group of 8 were perfect. 2 people in each room with spacious common and gathering areas. Teens were able to bike everywhere.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for my family of 4 plus 3 guests. Short walk to pool and beach. Couple of issues with kitchen plumbing on arrival but 360 Blue team stayed on it and resolved the problems. Will stay here again.

The home is perfectly located on a small park just 2 1/2 blocks to the beach, the boathouse, pool and walking trails. It has lots of room and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time in Watercolor- our 3rd time to go but our first time in this house! It was very spacious & accommodated 6 adults & 5 children just fine!! Kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary for preparing our meals!! We were disappointed that the clubhouse & pool were not finished but the updated Camp Watercolor was great!

My family and I had a great time. The property was wonderful and the staff was on top of getting a few things we needed handled. The only downside was the beach pool. We were told that it would be ready by Memorial Day. It was not!! This was a bummer for us because we did not get a golf cart. We needed that. We have 3 kids so the bike ride to Camp Watercolor was a haul. Especially since we picked this house for the location of the beach pool. Camp Watercolor was packed. I had to wait 30 minutes in line before they opened just to get a chair. Luckily on the last day, they brought in additional chairs. I wish that 360 Blue would have given us a heads up on this. The update now says it will be done by the end of June. I highly doubt that. Maybe they will at least have the upper pool done. Overall, the property was FANTASTIC.

The location of the house is excellent and it is truly an exceptional property! This was honestly the closest I’ve felt to being in my own home (except 3 min from the beach) on any vacation. The only negative for the trip would have been to have prior knowledge that the Watercolor Beachclub was closed for renovations. We likely would have still stayed in Watercolor but would have appreciated a heads up especially considering the $88 per day facility fees.

Had been wanting to discover new destinations in Florida, and absolutely fell in love with Seaside...Watercolor. Our stay at your home was just perfect. Home was spacious with an open floor plan, and the room distribution worked perfectly. Home was very clean and very well equipped. Location was just right. Can't wait to return!
