Great house for group of people.
Villa is a bit outside of Forte dei Marmi center in a more quieter location. Really comfortable and enough space for 8 persons. About 20 minute walk to the beach, we recommend beach club “Guilda” with decent prices.
One of the bathrooms on first floor had issues with water pressure. Conditioners for some reason stop working but we found a solution by switching condizione switch off and on. Property requires some gardening and maintenance but that did not impact the pleasantry of our stay.

BEAUTIFUL MODERN PRIVATE HOME
I rated the owners as host, but we never saw them. Interhome is the agency and they were great. Forte dei Marmi is a wonderful resort; this house is perfectly situated. It is sunny, light, happy, lets the outside come inside, good architecture lovely space. Outdoor privacy and outdoor shower was wonderful. You didn't feel as if you were in a town, but rather in the country.
1) no cutting board!!! 2) no microwave!!!! 3) seats on outdoor furniture old and flat and not comfortable. 4) NO CLOTHES DRYER!! at this price there should be a dryer! We hung things on a clothes rack but too humid to dry! 3) NO condiments provided!! SALT AND PEPPER, OLIVE OIL, VINEGAR, PAPER. TOWELS, ETC. A major issue is the state of disrepair of the property. The outside is peeling and needs to be painted. The pergola does as well, but in addition the plexiglass roof covering is dirty and molded. The teak outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. The landscaping is not maintained, so there are weeds, vines popping out. The outdoor sink and shower would be great if painted and not moldy looking. The agents are aware of these problems and try to have them fixed but encounter no cooperation from the owners. This house could be totally fabulous were it taken care of and not neglected. Shame on the owners for taking rent but giving nothing in return.

Excellent short break in a beautiful environment
The location is great for exploring Forte dei Marmi. Groceries and the beach within easy walking distance and the town is easily accessible by local taxi firms, which are excellent. The villa was well equipped.
There were a couple of little niggles with the property, but nothing that stopped us enjoying our stay and were easily reportable to the agent.
