The room was on the main floor, it had a terrace, with tables and chairs, bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The breakfast was a continental, with meat and cheese, plus coffee, tea, milk and yogurt plus cereals. Nice little spot, quiet and it served our needs for onr night.
We arrived and checked in the person that greeted us was sort of right to mthe point, no smiles her is your keys, this key is for this, that key is for that and this key is for the door and she was gone. I went to log in to the internet and it said connected but no wifi. I called the first number and I got an elderly woman and she couldn't understand me and said hold on and hung up. Waited in the hall for about 15 minutes and no call back. I called the second number and I heard her phone go off but n o answer. I called back then she answered and said it was the internet company's fault as their router is working fine and someone will come in a bit and look at it. Never happened. It said that their are outlets on the side of the bed, but was only one 3 plug extension on the right side and no other outlets in the room, only one in the bathroom. We like sitting outside and work on thing but the outside light wasn't working so we had to sit inside after the sun went down

We liked the location (quiet at night), the room (comfortable), the breakfast (nourishing), the pool (very very nice!), the host (attentive and hospitable), the price (good value for money), the other guests as well!

Good location and it has great potential when there is no construction going on and the owner actually replies to your complaint.
Owners don't seem to care about their guests. Very small and claustrophobic room.

The room was clean
Neither the curtain nor the blind successfully covered the window so I woke at 5:20 am. There was also extensive building work going on at the location, plus construction workers shouting at each other which started at 7:20 am near my door and keeping me awake. I was not informed that this was going to be taking place and as such was extremely disappointing. I was also travelling for work and working late so I also returned late so a lie-in would’ve been appreciated.
The person who I was instructed to text about my arrival never acknowledged my message and when I rang the door, nobody answered. I made my own way inside and eventually found someone to check me in.

Eva was very helpful in helping us to change our room.
Breakfast was very basic and the water in the room wasn't very hot, also the Internet did not work well in the room.

Everything was nice. Location was good, in a silent area, breakfast was perfect, stuff very nice. A kitchen which provided everything we needed. Very clean!

The room was nice and clean, and location is very convenient.
The bedroom (no.11) has very poor sound proofing - we could hear all the noise and conversations coming from the next room (no 12). Moreover, as there is no set time for check ins, we were woken up new guests arriving late in the night with all their trolleys etc.
Breakfast could be improved - having a microwave would help, as it would help to have more supply of coffee - which was constantly running out. A good alternative would be to have instant coffee at hand, as an alternative.

At the check-in the os no reminder of the rules of conduct. There is no control of any kind

The breakfast was great, the main room where breakfast was serve was very nice, and the kitchen was fine too
The bed was very small once the pull-out bed was opened. The main bed was ok but I ended up having to sleep on the pull-out bed and it wasn't very comfortable so I didn't get much sleep

It is a beautiful modern house with a very nice pool. The rooms have air conditioner and are comfortable. The pool area is really enjoyable and breakfast is fine. In this part of town you may need to arrive by car and the beach is a longer walk away.

Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the swimming pool looked great!
our bedroom was in the basement, and I would've preferred to have stayed in the upper floors, but this is down to personal preference :)

I liked the staff. They were polite and helpful.
The price was cheap for such a short space of time, The fruit tasted fresh. The bedroom was clean.
I liked when i asked them to cover the duvet, they did. Pool also looked clean
there were a few small hairs in the bathroom and dust around picture in the room. The bottom of the sliding doors full of dead fliesThe angle the shower head was positioned was annoying. it meant when i stuck my hand out the door everything was wet. when i turned around to feel water from behind, my ass would turn the water off or up. The shower is too small. when i was in my bottom was touching the handles. The bread was a little dry like it was left open. It says breakfast at 8 they were always later than that. There was a sand storm and the lounge chairs by the water werent even wiped off so i didnt go in the water. The room was very small

not as clean as we would like it to be (hair from former visitors) but okay for the price of 37€ for one night 2 people
