It’s an old house, with old house charm!!! It can have a musty smell when first entering if house has been unused for awhile. Please open windows to air out. The “must” will dissipate in short order. 3 Air-purifiers are located in kitchen, upstairs and living room. There are fans for summer, although the evenings can be cool and often chilly so you may not need them. A Firepit is on the patio for your perusal. Instructions and cooking grate and poker are in the mudroom next to the rakes. (Please clean cooking grate after use). Wood and kindling outside as well as in the mudroom. The evening holds the cacophony of nature: pond frogs, birds, crickets and an occasional coyote howling in the distance. Deer can wander through the yard along with bunnies, red squirrels, groundhogs & chipmunks. It’s a perfect renewal for the soul.
