Located in Avarua District, this lovely house for $247 per night is a great option for your next break. This beautiful modern house is one of three houses on the beach front. The large deck has a commanding view over the lagoon, The beach is just 20 Meters away letting the soft sounds of the sea relax you. Open plan design allows for the cooling breeze to flow through and Air Conditioning provides comfort on the hotter days. All in all a beautiful place to stay! Extras: Fully self contained - Linen included Baby sitting service available. Portacot available.

Paul and Peterʻs property is lovely, right on the beach. The only shortfall was the smoke from the trash fire that Peter burned right in front of the house for more than four hours. Paul was kind enough to refund a nightʻs stay because it was unsafe and unhealthy, and we had to move. Peter thought the unit was initially vacant, but even after he saw us, he continued to burn palm fronds for another hour. He left the fire smoldering for two and half more hours, before returning to extinguish it completely. We were coughing for three days due to this unfortunate event. Otherwise, the property and management is acceptable.

The property was very clean and well-equipped. Even though it's very close to the airport you didn't really notice the noise. Close to town so handy for markets and supermarket. The beach isn't suitable for swimming - we found two stonefish during our stay - we just went further aroud the island. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great place to stay. Fantastic home right on the water. Flexible check in and out times and the keys were waiting for us when we arrived. Full facilities in the kitchen and laundry. Couldn’t be happier with our choice. Thank you
