Our penthouse is located on the best beach Eagle Beach in Aruba. The beach front location provides guest an easy access to the beach. We strive to provide first class accommodation to our guest at reasonable price. Our rate is significantly lower than the time share of Marriott Ocean club or Surf club. It is also a fraction of the price of the newly built Ritz Carlton Hotel rate. The Reason you should stay at our penthouse: 1. Location: Our Penthouse is located inside the Oceania Luxury Condo Residence on Eagle Beach. Eagle Beach is just a few steps away from the resort beach gates. Eagle Beach is the best beach on the island. Eagle Beach has 3 miles of white powder sand. Eagle Beach is a low rise hotel zone. This ensures low tourist density. No need to get up early to claim your beach chair. Many restaurants within walking distance. Oceania Resort: Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condo Resort has 3 large swimming pools and a kiddy pool with several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort. The 2 beach access gates are only 25 yards from Eagle Beach. Furthermore, there are 2 fitness rooms, a sauna, a business center, a kid’s playroom, and free parking within the 24/7 security gated complex. Additionally, there is a racquetball court, a squash ball court, and 2 tennis courts, remember to bring your own equipment. Enjoy the tranquility of the resort, stroll on the beautiful beach, or swim in the tranquil Caribbean sea. 2. Luxury accommodation: This top floor Penthouse is one of the most luxurious accommodations on the beachfront. It has a large roof top private terrace(1500SQF) with outdoor hot tub and three ocean view balconies. The penthouse includes three spacious bedrooms, three modern bathrooms (master bath w/jacuzzi), chef's kitchen, washer and dryer and BBQ grill, three ocean view balconies. Local onsite manager will provide first class guest service including car rental, restaurants recommendations etc. We provide luxury Ralph Lauren Beach towels, luxury high thread count bed sheets, bath towels., tropical theme high quality furniture firm and comfortable mattresses. 3. CLEANING PRACTICES This unit will be cleaned before your arrival to ensure the unit’s cleanliness. We adhere to the Aruba Health & Happiness Code (HH-Code), which has been implemented island-wide, with a heavy emphasis on tourism and hospitality businesses to help ensure the well-being of Aruba’s visitors and the local community. 4. Most convenient for family vacation: The penthouse has a split floor plan and equal number of bathrooms and bedrooms (3 bedroom 3 bath). Each bedroom has its own bathroom and smart TV with cable. Modern kitchen provides an opportunity for family to make delicious meal without paying high restaurant price. The grocery stores are just one mile away. The resort also has club house and business center. High speed internet and wireless internet service is free of charge. The 3rd floor condo provided us with three balconies and a roof-top deck with stellar views of the ocean across the street and three of the pools on site. The unit easily accommodated 3 couples with a well equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and full bathrooms. This was our first time on Eagle Beach and there were several great dining options within an easy walk. The condo is well stocked with backpack style beach chairs and gear and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating! The decor is relaxed (a little tired) but it's OK, after all, you're on vacation! We highly recommend and hope to return again.

The condo was very clean and had all the conveniences of home. The property was very well maintained and was not over crowded when we were there - always a chair available by the pool with an umbrella for shade. It was right across the street from Eagle Beach which was spectacular. Hope to visit again sometime!

We had a great experience at this unit. The pictures and representation was completely accurate. We had a couple of minor issues which were addressed very timely. Location is great. Walking distance to several great restaurants. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Would definitely recommend this unit

We stayed for a week and are so glad we picked this condo. It has a beautiful view of the beach and pools and from the rooftop deck you can see the coastline up to Palm Beach. We happened to stay over NYE and watched fireworks going off all over the island from our own rooftop! While we liked Palm Beach when were were in Aruba a few years ago, we really liked Eagle Beach because it was much less crowded and when we wanted the shops/restaurants we had the option of walking or driving to them. This location is also only a mile from the major grocery store, so we would typically walk there and (having bought their indispensable large grocery bags!), walk back with what we needed for our breakfasts/lunches for the next few days. The management company was fantastic. They met us at the condo when we arrived and gave us a detailed tour of the condo. The condo is well maintained and equipped with what you might need over the course of a week. The pools (there are 4) and grounds are also beautifully maintained - there were people cleaning them almost every day. And, while we felt completely safe in Aruba, we liked that Oceana Residences is gated so we were even more comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

It was such an easy trip for us because the accommodations are spacious and exactly as described on VRBO. It was the easiest VRBO rental I’ve ever done. Our entire group was happy with the accommodations in the location and we all had a great time.

The pictures of the property are not the same as what you see upon arrival. Dining area is not the same as pictures, bedroom linens not the same as well. Not enough linens we had to keep washing towels when someone is staying for a 2 week period more linens should be provided, then the washing machine broke down and was fixed 2 days later. We had to purchase kitchen linens, kitchen should have more utensils only 6 was provided so we ended up purchasing utensils as well.
We have stayed at other units at Oceania and we never had any issues with linens, etc. My grandson also fell into a hole by the pool that the wood was damaged and not locked into place we did report this to the property management company and it was fixed right away. We as a family wouldn't rent this unit again. Are trip to Aruba was great because we love Aruba as a vacation destination.

It’s always great to walk inside a property and know that you made a great choice. It doesn’t always happen, but it definitely did here. We were all very impressed with the condo and the entire property at Oceania. Easy access to the beach, friendly staff at the security gate, and attentive people working for the property managers. We couldn’t have been happier.

Great Condo at Eagle Beach
It’s always great to walk inside a property and know that you made a great choice. It doesn’t always happen, but it definitely did here. We were all very impressed with the condo and the entire property at Oceania. Easy access to the beach, friendly staff at the security gate, and attentive people working for the property managers. We couldn’t have been happier.

The condo was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy. The main balcony was our most used space during the week and offered enough room for the five of us (all adults). The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs, and even beach toys for younger kids if needed. The location offered amazing views. Every morning waking up to the ocean view and the beach was spectacular. Sunsets on the rooftop, breath taking. The gated community added a little extra security to our vacation. We never had to worry.
Location? Perfect! We've been to Aruba 14 times prior. This was our first stay on Eagle beach, and it will not be our last. Pristine beach just steps away from the condo. The beach was quiet, much less congested than the Palm beach location we are used to. We were with in walking distance of some amazing restaurants and shopping areas.
We can't wait to go back and visit again.

Oceania went above and beyond our expectations.

Pros:
The terrace and hot tub were great for relaxing at the end of the day. The view-unbelievably beautiful! The grounds and pools were kept clean. Security was pleasant and informative. The location was perfect! Close to the beach, market, and bus stop. Beds weren’t as bad as other reviews suggested they were. The patio’s were used everyday! It was so relaxing! The layout of the living/dining room was perfect for our party.
Cons:
Toiletries were provided however some fell short. I realize it’s not a hotel but for large groups it should be standard to have a backup roll of toilet paper somewhere in the condo, if not in every bathroom. Especially when the first one wasn’t a full roll to start with. We had to scramble until we got the the market. Communication with management was obsolete until days before our arrival. Not sure why. I sent several messages(through my VRBO “trip” message board) with questions and advise we needed for bookings(like taxi’s & excursions) that went unanswered. We were supposed to get details for codes and condo information two weeks prior. Finally we got a response for the condo information just days before. That was frustrating and stressful for me.
Would we stay here again-yes! The condo was perfect for us.

This was our third trip to Aruba at this time of year. In the past we have stayed at resorts but this time we wanted the ability to cook our own food. This apartment was perfect -- clean and large enough for our group of 10. It has everything that you need for your beach trip (chairs, cooler, etc). The grocery store was an easy walk but I'd recommend hiring a car so you can visit the other beaches on the island. We will be back next year.

They were very hard and unforgiving and caused uneasy sleep at times.
In the end, I would recommend this property and we'll certainly take advantage the next time we come back!

The Grounds were very well cared for, pools cleaned daily and incredibly easy access to the Beach and surrounding areas. Location was excellent on Eagle Beach and the views from the Balcony and Rooftop were fantastic. Very close to other resorts, casinos and Grocery Stores. Not a far drive/taxi up to the High-Rise area. Security was also very good. The only minor complaint, and I acknowledge it's a bit ticky-tack - was that the 2 King Beds were uncomfortable. They were very hard and unforgiving and caused uneasy sleep at times.
In the end, I would recommend this property and we'll certainly take advantage the next time we come back!

Loved It!!!
We had a wonderful time. We loved the condo. Beautiful and clean! Very comfortable and well equipped. Great location. Loved the 3 balconies and the rooftop deck with hot tub! We were 10 people so was a little tight with just 3 bedrooms but couch and one of the rolllaways was comfortable for teens. One rollaway was not so comfortable. Eagle beach is beautiful.. best beach on Aruba!

Love Aruba and the Condo complex. Had some aggravating problems with the condo .
Hot tube did not work 6 out of 7 days we were there. Air conditioning leaked water last night of our stay. Loved the roof top deck and over all we were comfortable. I recommend you arrive early to get the full explanation of how things work. Found out after cold shower the handles for hot and cold are reversed from what we have in the US

Fantastic property with everything you could need to make this visit perfect!
Came with my new bride and another couple for a 5 night stay! Had an amazing time. Very clean, very safe gated community. Minimal things almost not worth mentioning needed to be looked at. Only reason I mention them is to praise how fast management had someone come to the condo and have them fixed. This residence is maintained by a team and not just one person which truly showed in their response time to your needs. We had only one major issue that I am hesitant to mention due to managements fantastic response. One of the assistants showed up to the property and entered without an advance phone call or even knocking. With that said, when talking to her boss I was reassured that this was not protocol and I could tell she was almost as upset as we were. I almost didn’t even mention the incident on here because I believe her when she said she would handle it but I wanted to give an honest review! Other than that we loved our stay. The pools are never packed and the beach is mere feet away from the property. You will not regret staying at this condo and if you have any problems they are adamant that you inform them right away to maximize your stay!

Excellent Location and waterfront views from our penthouse condo at Oceania.
Manicured landscaped property meticulously keeped with gated security and 24 hour patrolling security guards.Pool, water views and sunsets could not have been prettier overlooking Eagle Beach. Condo had everything supplied for grilling, cooking and lunch’s, restaurants and Super Food markets for everything else. Accommodations listed 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with terrace and hot tub. VRBO needs updating -Linens supplied were worn out &some deferred maintenance needed. It did not exceed expectations. Paying premium prices ,one would Expect a better quality in furniture and some beds need replacing , including 3 rd bedroom with 2 full beds - couple could not get a good night sleep with the mattresses having been worn out. More comfortable seating on the 3 balconies would have been great instead of iron furniture. Tommy Bahama Beach chairs provided were new and comfortable.
Did the top 10 TripAdvisor tips with exception of snorkeling and scuba diving. Our excursions with ABC rentals provided ATVs and a 3 hour tour thru rough terrain - small children and seniors cannot handle the many bumps and rocks. Carlos , our guide was very helpful when our ATV Broke down within minutes of leaving the starting point. They pick you up at hotel or VRBO and provided an intense experience. Rented a car and toured the island on last day and it was easy navigation to the Ayo caves, Alto Vista chapel and California lighthouse. Arikok National Park and shoreline. Made it to San Nicolas and Charlie’s famous bar - did not like Baby Beach- not worth the time or effort to be there.
Eagle Beach was clean and we were never hassled by vendors. Did not go see flamingos on Renassiance Island for $100 pp since no shade was provided and only 7 non native flamingos there.
Aruban people were very accommodating and friendly and our group always felt safe walking around and delighted to have spent a week among them. Would recommend a week for visit.

Fabulous, incredible direct ocean front, very clean and updated.
Couldn’t have enjoyed it more, the owner was very helpful and responsive. The property itself is breathtaking, ocean front views from every balcony, and a panoramic oceanfront experience from the rooftop patio (which is huge). Updated kitchen, very clean. Beach is so easy and not overly crowded unlike more densely populated resorts on the island. Would definitely go back, highly recommend.

Great Condo at Eagle Beach
Our stay at Oceania was exactly what we wanted. It was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our family trip. We especially enjoyed the rooftop area--we sat there each evening! The views were fantastic, and we had easy access to Eagle Beach and the pools. This is a great location. We did have a rental car (and would recommend it), but this unit is within walking distance of several nice restaurants. Nothing is far away on Aruba, but Oceania is centrally located between the downtown area and high rise area so getting to those places was very easy. Also very close to great grocery stores. Cindy was very pleasant and great to work with. We would recommend this unit to family and friends who were wanting a clean, convenient place to stay on Eagle Beach. It was great!

The property was good except for some upkeep regarding relatively minor items...patio furniture cushions in need of repair, roof top atmosphere, etc. Good overall however. Loved location and pools and landscaping.

Aruba's best place to stay!
We absolutely loved this condo. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and had plenty of room. The condo was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. Eagle Beach was just right across the street and was fabulous! We ate at Tulip, which is right next to the condo, a few times and the food was outstanding. Lisa, who helped us check in, was so friendly and gave us several ideas of where to eat and what to do. We would definitely stay here again!
