Located in Sapphire Beach, this attractive condo for $183 per night is a great option for your next trip. Shorebreak Studio 1 Bali Style It is a self contained 2 storey studio, private with its own entrance. There are stairs to climb. Just across the road from the ocean and gorgeous beach. It has a comfortable queen bed, ensuite, and living room with kitchenette. Attached is a private courtyard with ocean views and a BBQ. Shorebreak Studio 1 Bali Style is Modern and comfortable Enjoy walks on the beach and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean. The beach is a level 2 min walk across the road. Separate accommodation to the main residence with separate entrance and private courtyard. Pet Friendly. The studio is suitable for Adults and house Dogs only. Sorry the studio is not suitable for children. Pets need to be house trained. Please note your dog in the booking request. Extra charge of $50 per stay for dog stays is charged and due with booking. Pet Stay conditions need to be agreed to. For guests concerned about it being a pet friendly accommodation, the studio is thoroughly cleaned after each stay, with no traces of pets staying present. The studio has hard floors and rugs are removed when dogs stay. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture. Coronavirus- we have increased our cleaning to include disinfecting all surfaces and washing all linen and soft furnishings at 60o, we also asked guests to wash hands on arrival and each time they enter. We are also using a sanitising air purifier between guests. Until life returns to normal we won’t be meeting guests. We have self checkin key safe. Strict cancellation policy. Such a beautifully presented, comfortable studio that allowed us to travel with our well-behaved dog.

The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. It contained everything that we needed on our holiday stay. We had room for our dog’s XL crate too and we had all creature comfort. The location is perfect, close to the beach and central to many places of interest like bushwalking, scenic lookout, restaurants and the main city, Coffs Harbour. Kellie was a lovely host and provided all the information we needed before our arrival. Would be happy to come back again and recommend it to our friends with dogs.

Property was amazing and could not fault it . Saphire beach though does have a lot of underwater rocks near the coast which at high tide can’t be seen making it a difficult /dangerous beach to swim at . Traveled to other nearby beaches to go swimming

My husband and I along with our dog enjoyed two nights at Shortbreak Studio 1.
The studio has everything you need, right down to kitchen appliances. The main bed area opens up to a secluded deck and the lull of the ocean is the best sedative you could wish for.
Beautiful property and 2 mins to walk to the beach. Lovely owners who take pride in what they have.
Dog friendly was a plus and our doggo enjoyed her stay as well.

We had the BEST stay! Studio 1 was lovely and had everything we needed and more! Great location and Kellie excelled with communication! Loved also the 11am check out, the lovely skin products and the fact our little dog could stay too! Loved it 😍

We had a lovely stay at this cute little apartment. Location is fantastic and quiet and is the first street back from the beach very easy access to a dog friendly on leash area. Had all the amenities we required and was very clean and comfortable for a short stay.

Very comfortable, clean and tidy one bedroom villa; complete with an outdoor area and great to stay with your four legged mate.
Views of the Pacific Ocean and the lull of the sounds of the ocean help you with a sound night’s sleep.

It was great to be able to take our dogs with us to a lovely, clean and stylish apartment. Very private and close to beach. Lovely decor, very clean and had everything we needed. We will go back!

Beautiful Place
We really enjoyed our stay. We chose it because of it allowing pets and close proximity to the beach. Even though it’s a studio, it had everything you’d need. I often bring some of my own kitchen items because sometimes these places don’t have much or it’s all very worn out. But here, we were able to cook everything we wanted, with pretty well all the utensils/cookware already at hand. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. Comfortable lounge. Beach was nice and quiet which made it great for our dogs. Was a really great stay overall and would definitely stay here again.

Sounds of the waves
Thank you for a wonderful stay. Sleeping with the breeze coming in through the screen doors and hearing the crashing waves is exactly what we needed. Delightful little courtyard with an ocean view and BBQ also made us very happy. Thank you

This is the third time we've stayed at Kellie's property on our way north. It's a very stylish space, with some lovely artwork and nice touches and we always enjoy our stay here.

We loved this studio! Perfect in every way. Just a shame we didn’t get to stay longer..but will do next time :) every detail has been thought of. And the private courtyard is is beautiful!
