It was clean and the location was convenient. The complex was nice and I appreciated the secure entrance. Sandra and the owner were both very responsive. My main complaints were the heat inside the apartment and not having access to the beach. The main reason we chose this location was because it was right on the beach. While it was on the beach, it was entirely fenced off and we had no access. We had been told that it was being worked on but not that it was entirely closed. The heat inside the apartment was oppressive. The only ac units we had access to were in the bedrooms, and not all of those worked. We weren't allowed to use the one in the main room. We were told to open the doors and allow the breeze to blow through and cool it off. There were no breezes for most of the days we were there. The overhead fans moved the air a bit but not much. I was often dripping sweat in that room. Due to the holidays and the weekend, it took a couple of days but Sandra and the owner were able to get the non-working ac unit in the bunk room replaced. The ac unit in the main bedroom was dripping water on the floor and we had to often wipe the floor and put bowls under it so we wouldn't slip. The owner did give us a partial credit for the inconvenience. I didn't give a one star review because they were helpful in getting the issues they could resolved. I understand that the beach being closed was beyond their control but we should have been told that it was not accessible.

The property came fully equipped with beach equipment, towels and everything we would need to enjoy our beach outings. The property manager was extremely helpful and even provided suggestions on take out our first night. The space was well laid out and comfortable. The lanai is beautiful and we enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning and watching the wildlife.

Great vacation

The property is lovely, with all the amenities listed. Since its the owner's get-away, it was fully stocked and had everything we needed, including a basket of sunblock and chairs for the beach. The AC in the master bedroom doesn't cool the room efficiently, but placing a portable fan in front of it, made sleep more comfortable. There are some delicate artworks hanging on the wall, so if you have a rowdy child, you may want to think about staying elsewhere. There is a small grocery close by, but mostly pizza restaurants nearby. We drove a half hour east or west to eat out. In general, biting insects in Puerto Rico are vicious. Take some bug spray with you and use it morning and evening. We left our bottles in the sunscreen basket for the next visitor.

Perfect location for exploring all of PR. About 30 minutes to San Juan, airport, El Yunque Rainforest, Fajardo, Luquillo. Place was just as pictured/described and well-stocked. The owners and location manager were all very communicative. Would definitely book again for future visits!

Our family had a very nice stay here, the condo complex is secure and felt safe. The beach and pool were very close to the building. Condo has everything we needed including great beach toys chairs towels for our children. Laundry was wonderful. The kitchen was totally equipped for anyone who likes to cook. A really comfortable space where we felt at home. The host was friendly and easy to reach, the security at the complex was also very helpful and available. This area is not a touristy area, so we did have a hard time finding restaurants nearby that were opened during the week. This might be a seasonal thing but really the only drawback. We fell in love with Playa Pinones nearby it’s a must visit.

This is a great place to stay. The unit is very clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed and more. Great beach access and we enjoyed the nearby authentic restaurants, particularly breakfast. Just minutes from other beaches were we enjoyed surfing and more restaurants. We would definitely stay here again

The house provided everything we needed. It was cozy and comfortable and we liked that they had some basic food items, like seasonings, and beach equipment. We loved the porch—such a peaceful place to start the day. The location worked out well for us, as we traveled to the southwestern part of the island on one day and the eastern part of the island the next. Also, the drive to San Juan is very scenic, going along the beach for much of the way.
