Located in Saly, this attractive villa for $154 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. New villa (2018) outside residence of 140M2 in the Saly Bambara district, 2 minutes walk from the former French Consulate and behind the restaurant "l 'Homme Tranquille". Ideally located near the sea, 10 minutes walk from supermarkets and shops. Villa AZUR offers a capacity of 6 beds (2 double bedrooms, one on the ground floor, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and possibility of adding a cot on request). The property is guarded 24 hours a day by the caretaker who has his own studio at the rear of the villa and not overlooked with the swimming pool part or the terrace. Ground floor: Large living room - dining room with television (including channels in Access formula at Canal), DVD player, ADSL Orange Wifi, Canal + decoder (subscription not included), CD radio, 6-person table with 6 chairs, 1 sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. You will find some books and also board games. WC for visitors. Large kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, electric coffee maker + Nespresso coffee maker (bring capsules in your luggage !!!!) kettle, toaster, waffle maker + croque monsieur, plancha ....... Back kitchen with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Bedroom 1 ground floor: air-conditioned double bedroom with 160X190 bed fitted with a mosquito net overlooking the swimming pool with its private bathroom (walk-in shower, wc, hair dryer and washbasin). The bedroom is equipped with a safe. Upstairs : Bedroom 2: Air-conditioned double room with 160X190 bed fitted with a mosquito net with its private bathroom (walk-in shower, wc, and a washbasin). Bedroom 3: Air-conditioned bedroom - 2 single beds fitted with mosquito nets with its private bathroom (walk-in shower, wc, hair dryer and a washbasin). All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Large terrace (solarium) on the 1st floor overlooking the pool. Large ground floor terrace with a table for 6 people and an outdoor lounge facing the pool (2 sofas and 1 coffee table). At your disposal 6 deckchairs around the swimming pool. Sheets and hand towels are provided. Cleaning after your departure is included. Electricity in addition on meter reading (150 FCFA per kWh to be paid directly to the caretaker). We can organize your transfer with our driver (extra). A dream vacation in a comfortable villa. Included: 4 hours of cleaning per day (beds, floors, sanitary and routine maintenance of the villa). If you want meal preparation, baby sitting, ironing ... (extra to organize directly with our cleaning lady). Outside: deckchairs, barbecue. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa (non-smoking villa). Animals are not allowed. The following are excluded from our rates: the TV subscription and the electricity to be paid according to your consumption. A meter reading is made in your presence at the time of your arrival and departure by our caretaker. We wish you a pleasant stay !!!!!!!!

After 2 weeks touring Senegal, this was a wonderful place to relax for a couple days. The villa is large and well equipped. Mamadou, the caretaker, was diligent keeping the pool clean and was very helpful directing us to the shops and restaurant. Hélène arranged our ride to the airport which was also appreciated. I recommend this highly

Schönes Haus, freundliches Personal. Leider Probleme mit der ausreichenden Wasserversorgung im Obergeschoss- wohl generell ein Problem in Saly. Aber insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus!

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end! La communication avec la propriétaire avant notre arrivée et aussi sur place était très fluide. Elle est très réactive et compréhensive. Le gardien et l'aide ménagère sont egalement disponibles et très gentils. La villa est fonctionnelle, bien équipée et très agréable. Mes enfants ont été ravis et n'ont pas voulu quitter la piscine. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

Séjour au TOP Nous regrettons même de pas avoir pris plus Maison impeccable, gardien et femme de ménage à l'écoute et prêt à rendre service. Maison bien équipé , il y a tous sur place ,just a poser ses bagages et ses courses. Petit hic pour la piscine un peu profonde pour de jeune enfants, mais impeccable pour les adultes. 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 J'y reviendrais.

Une villa récente dans un quartier calme. Très belle piscine exposée tte la journée au soleil. Parfaite pour nager en raison de sa profondeur. Dommage que le terrain ne soit pas arboré. Qq parasols seraient appréciés.

Nous avons passés 10 jours en famille dans cette maison. Tout est mis en œuvre pour que nos vacances se passent dans des conditions optimale. La disponibilité d'Hélène la propriétaire, la gentillesse et la dévotion du personnel de la maison, Ndeye Marie pour l'entretien et la cuisine et Mamadou pour la sécurité et le bon déroulement du séjour. Ils ont été tous les deux adorables avec nos enfants et avec nous. Merci à eux. La maison est idéalement placée et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner autant pour les lieux que pour les personnes que nous avons rencontrer. Je conseil cette location sans aucune mesure

Jolie villa bien située près des commerces et des restaurants. Déplacements aisés, taxis en permanence en bord de route. Le quartier permet d'avoir un vrai contact avec la population locale. Même les zébus passent dans la rue. La piscine privée est de taille idéale. Mamadou, le gardien, est très sympathique et Marie nous a préparé un délicieux tiep bou dien à la lotte. Bref, un séjour de rêve.

Superbe villa, très bien située a proximité de commerce, de restaurant et pas très loin de la plage . Facilité de déplacement avec multiples taxis brousse a proximité. Le gardien et la femme de ménage sont très sympas. Je recommande vivement cette villa

Absolutely stunning property. All as described and even more beautiful in person. Well equipped home for all your needs. Clean, very quiet retreat. Grounds keeper/ security gentlemen is very kind and pleasant to have around. Felt very safe and secure at night. Will definitely be back!!!

Nous avons passée 2 semaines en famille. Séjour très agréable en partie grâce à Eumeu et Ndeye qui sont adorable, sans parler de la maison qui est magnifique. Tout est neuf et donc en très bon état, très appréciable.

J’ai séjourné avec ma famille du 13 au 19 août, nous avons vraiment passé une super semaine... La villa est très jolie, très propre d’aill Un grand merci à Eumeu et Ndeye... On y trouve toute la tranquillité et surtout tout le confort Européen, tout a été pensé pour être confortablement installé... C’est Une villa que je recommande fortement... Pour mon Prochain passage à Saly, je sais d’ores et déjà où je vais élire domicile
