Very enjoyable stay with a really nice (host) family in a clean place!

The breakfast was really excellent! For me it was just the right amount and totally delicious. On the 2nd day my wife requested less food and they adjusted. I appreciated the coffee was ready right away. The owners were so nice and personable and we really enjoyed talking with them. Got some great advice on a state park, which we hadn't planned but really liked. Next time I would walk around the farm and check out the animals! Everything was nice and clean.

AC was a bit noisy but we adapted. Maybe the mattress could have been a bit firmer for me. We didn't really get to talk to the other guests, but think that was just a timing thing and they were in the outer building.

A great location, excellent breakfast and owners who make you feel like part of their family.

This is a lovely B&B that is also a working farm and has with a wonderful family feel. The owners are very welcoming, helpful and make wonderful breakfasts! It has a great location that is close to Bryce Canyon National Park and other parks in the area.

We would have preferred a king bed and at this time there are none available. Emily said that they are considering king beds in the future.

By far the best place we stayed during our 3-week trip across the US southwest

Friendly and authentic atmosphere, delicious breakfasts, comfortable beds, spacious garden, cleanliness of the establishment, fantastic owners who make you feel like long awaited guests.

Great farmhouse B&B close to amazing Bryce Canyon

Great location on the edge of town and not far from Mossy Cave, which is a fun family walk to a beautiful waterfall amid fantasy landscape. Also, super-handy for Bryce Canyon, which was probably our favourite park on a 1900km roadtrip. Was more like a farm-stay than a B&B and that's exactly what we hoped. Very friendly hosts who cooked a great breakfast, gave helpful advice on local attractions and showed our kids around the farm, including bottle-feeding the new calf.

We had a great time at Bulberry Inn. The farm is very beautiful and the rooms are super clean and comfy! The hosts are also very kind and they will delight you with a proper American home-made super good breakfast.

Extremely comfortable and welcoming with convenient location.

The breakfast was delicious, hearty, always had fresh fruit, and I felt completely satisfied and ready to go hike afterwards! The family was so friendly and made a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. My kids loved playing with their kids and seeing the farm animals. It was great to have space to let them play.

Our kids esp liked all the animals. Very close to park entrance.

Breakfast was always very good and they tried to fulfill special requests such as smaller portions.

Our room had a front porch with chairs right under the window. Another guest made several phone calls from here which we didn't really want to listen to.

Great place to stay when visiting Bryce and surrounding area.

Convenient location to Bryce Nat. Park as well as stores and restaurants in Tropic. The hosts were great and the breakfasts were exceptional. The hosts were helpful on what other parks to see in the area.

Emily and Joe were absolutely amazing in their welcoming attitude and friendliness. Highly recommend this spot!

Great location to Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome. Very friendly owners made you feel like family but not at all intrusive.

The Bullberry Inn is welcoming place. Great food to start the day. Helpful suggestions about the area. Convenient location to see some spectacularly beautiful country — close to Bryce, Escalante and more. You feel at home. Comfy and clean. I couldn't ask for more.

Great B&B with an Authentic Farm Feel

Great location in a small but cool town conveniently near Bryce National Park, Escalante State Park, Kodachrome Basin State Park, Anasazi State Park, among others. The property serves as a working farm with lots of cool animals and is also home to the owners’ family. The property is on the edge of town and is very quiet with a secluded feel.

We had a fantastic time on our trip, mostly thanks to Emily and Joe.

Emily and Joe were wonderful! Very warm and receiving. They worked around us at breakfast to accommodate our tour times. The food was great, healthy portions for sure. The restaurants nearby were very good.

Homey B&B 10 miles from Bryce Canyon NP

Joe and Emily are wonderful hosts! They have a beautiful family. It was quiet in Tropic and about 10 miles to Bryce Canyon NP. There is a nice restaurant with live music about 1/2 mile down the road towards Tropic. Breakfast was great and the room was comfortable.

A charming farm, amazing breakfast.

Joe, his son's, and the kittens were amazing hosts. Delicious breakfast, BBQ by a campfire, tips on hikes. I plan to return next year.

A Cute place, better than a hotel room.

The staff left us alone, Which is what we wanted. Breakfast was always on time.

A few bugs got in the room. But thats to be expected.

Emily & Joe were very welcoming and friendly hosts. Our room was clean and spacious for our family of 4 (we have 2 adult-sized teens). They were accommodating with special dietary considerations. They make an amazing breakfast!

Outstanding location. If in the area, we would definitely stay there again.

This was an excellent choice. Joe and Emily were wonderful hosts. Very friendly and interactive. The food was excellent. We had not stayed at a B&B for many years. This stay provided an opportunity to meet and get to know people that would never happen at a hotel.

I loved the homey feeling of the home. I loved all the animals that were around. Breakfast was very tasty with a great variety.
