About this house rental
A combination of modern comfort and elegance. Wood cathederal ceiling and large surrounding windows brings the outdoors inside and wonderful views of Pinehurst Golf Course Number 1. Our home is overlooking the 7th hole on course number 1 - the Donald Ross original at the Pinehurst Country Club. Privacy and serenity abound indoors and outside. Our 3 bedroom home sleeps 4 players comfortably or three couples. The master bedroom on the first floor has a king bed with a beautifully updated master bath with a luxury shower. Upstairs has 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 full size beds. All bedrooms have individual TVs. A full bathroom is upstairs with a half bath off of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equiped with spices and refrigerator basics. The screen patio off of the kitchen is a wonderful place to enjoy a beverage and watch the golfers or birds. Your invited to stay in our home as our guests and we have made the beds for you, stocked the bathrooms with towels and sundries and we have the kitchen basics to make your stay memorable. This house is great! It is so well appointed- the kitchen has really everything we needed to cook like we do at home. The furniture is comfy and the king bed is comfy too. The screened porch is so nice to sit and watch the golfers (the green is right off the back of the house). The only issue we had was with the internet. It is DSL and went out intermittently which made it difficult to work (unable to use video or share screen on calls). Overall, a great stay.

This renovated house was perfect for our long weekend golf vacation in Pinehurst. Overlooking hole 7 on Pinehurst #1, we were a short 8 minute drive to the Pinehurst clubhouse and easy access to other area golf courses. The main bedroom was spacious, the king bed very comfortable and a large shower & bath area. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the amenities, and the TV was easy to use. Thanks for a great stay. (Note: Pinehurst Brewery has fantastic BBQ and beer.)

Not only was the property perfect for our family and our stay in Pinehurst but it was so relaxing to look out and watch the golfers each day. The owners were amazing and we definitely plan on returning

This was a great property for our pinehurst visit! Great location right on the golf course as well as near the downtown area with a lot of restaurant options. Cozy and comfortable, we had everything we needed at the house also.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house and our long weekend in it! Comfortable, clean, convenient location, well stocked kitchen, great beds, a lovely gas fireplace and a garage for the cars! Plus we got to bring the dogs!!! The owner, Patti, was great to work with and very helpful when we had a minor issue with the fireplace. She sent the awesome Rodney to the rescue and all was well again.
Thank you, Patti - we had a very relaxing holiday weekend and very much look forward to coming back!!

We had a great Christmas in PInehurst. The unique house met all of our expectations for the 5 of us during our visit, and we loved that we could bring our pup. The view of the golf course is amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Nothing was more than 10 minutes drive. The home is on Pinehurst #1 par 3 7th hole so fun to watch the golfers. Pros: home had a well stocked kitchen with plenty of good cookware, etc. Also all basics were there like tp, paper towels, Kleenex, shampoos, etc. Master bed was a 10. Super comfy. Huge room with great storage and nice bath. (Need more hangars, tho).
Cons: we didn’t get the house instructions until I called the day before arrival. Not sure what happened there. Getting in the front door the first time is tricky but after that we used the garage door opener. Internet was not working due to dead modem so in an 8 day stay we had 2 days of internet. Big drawback. Noise transfer from upstairs anytime someone got out of bed upstairs woke me so bring earplugs if you’re noise sensitive. Two upstairs bedroom are quite large but a tiny bath.
Very comfortable home and we’d highly recommend this home and the property managers were super responsive whenever we had questions.
We rated it down mainly due to no internet which affects your TV viewing options besides your ability to get work done, etc. A bit of a discount might have been offered by the owner to compensate which would have been appreciated. Still, great house. Great location.

Beautiful location/ nice house
This house is stocked with everything needed. Toiletries, laundry detergent, coffee machine... well supplied. Nice house, not modern but extremely comfortable beds. We had an issue with the upstairs AC unit. The owner Patti was available immediately to speak with and got it fixed within an hour. The house is pet friendly so I did find other dog hairs on the couch. House was pretty clean but could use a thorough deep cleaning. That's only reason why I gave a 4 star. Other than that it was a great time staying there.

Wonderful stay in Pinehurst! The home is sublime, views, furnishings, amenities are all first class. The biggest plus is we were able to bring our 2 pups with us. Patti was a gracious hostess and answered my questions within an hour.
The garage access was great for all the golf equipment and master bath felt like a spa. The location is near Pinehurst club, spa and hotel, a 5 min drive. We hope to return next year to this very special home.
