We had 3 weeks in this wonderful villa this time..after staying here in 2019 we just had to come back.
The villa is just so fabulous, the space, layout, bedrooms, entertainment facilities and the amazing pool are just a few of the highlights..along with privacy, views and the gorgeous quiet estate - which is in the best location for everything...it feels safe, and so well looked after; for us it is perfect...a home away from home.
Karey and Glen are the best hosts, always on hand if needed, and checking to make sure we are happy with everything during our holiday.
Should we come back to Florida we would stay here without hesitation, and have recommended it to all of our UK family and friends.
Thanks Karey and Glen...the villa, again, made our holiday a truly memorable one.

Lovely house with a great pool area. Very near Disney parks. Kitchen could do with more plates and glasses etc - there wasn't quite enough for our party of 6. I would definitely go back to this lovely villa.

You will not be disappointed. We had an amazing stay at this great property. I have stayed in many Vrbo's, but this is one of my favorites. It is just like it is advertised. It was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The communication with the property management was always immediate with a couple of nice check ins to ensure everything was meeting our needs. I would highly recommend this property.

The home provides all the amenities and more for your short or long-term stay, or as for us a place to relax and unwind while having enough distractions for the kids that they didn’t want to leave the home.

From the moment we arrived and walked through the front door to the beautiful view of the infinity pool overlooking the pond, we knew we made the right choice! We spent 8 nights here while on our Disney vacation and it was the peace and solitude we needed in between chaotic days at the park! The house is huge and allowed everyone to have their own bedrooms and space for down time. There is 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and bathroom, and the other with 2 twins and a bathroom. Downstairs their is a king bedroom and bedroom with bunkbeds with a bathroom in between the two. The master suite is magnificent with lots of room, and a beautiful master bath! The suite also has it's own doors out to the pool. And finally their is a bedroom with full/queen size bed and its own bathroom that can be closed off from the living room that our teen son enjoyed having while there. The game room has fun entertainment and the kids loved hooking their Switch up to the theatre screen to play Mario Party! The pool area is its own slice of heaven! Plenty of comfortable seating, tv to watch the game, blue tooth speaker for music and a gorgeous view! We absolutely loved that the pool comes heated so there was no worry of showing up to an unheated pool (which has happened at other places in the area that we have stayed). Every day the pool fountains were running, keeping it heated to the perfect temp! And the pool has night lights which makes it fun to swim after dark! The kitchen was stocked with the items we needed and their are 2 tables to eat at for large groups. This was the 5th time we have rented a home in the area for a Disney trip and this one by far is our favorite! We would recommend it to anyone! The communication with the owners was OUTSTANDING! They work hard to make sure you are comfortable and have all your questions answered! Kudos to Karey and Glen for being the perfect hosts and allowing us to stay at their beautiful and comfortable home!

The house - Big, beautifully decorated with enough room for multiple families to spread out, yet several great spaces to bring them all back together again. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway with plenty of street parking as well.
The pool - AMAZING. Lots of sun all day, but still enough shady places to escape it when needed. The views from the pool are unbeatable. Sit back each night and look at the sun setting over the lake.
Location - Can't be beat. 40 minutes from Orlando airport, and Universal but less than a 15 minute drive to the Disney parks. Another 5-10 minutes from the house and you can find numerous restaurants, liquor stores, a Walmart and a Target.
Communication - Fast and easy with Hosts that genuinely seem to care.
Overall - Don't look elsewhere. Book before its gone and be ready to enjoy.

This was our first time visit to Disney with multi-families and this property couldn't have been perfect for our base as we explored the area. Everything was as described and our 3 family units were comfortable, and enjoyed all the amenities! Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Our stay at this property was everything we could have hoped for. The area was so close and convenient to the Disney Parks and many food selections. The bedrooms, kitchen and living area were spacious and very comfy. The pool was exceptional, it was heated and the view was beautiful. Drop dead gorgeous place to stay, all the amenities anybody would ever need, owners are very easy to work with and communicate with during your entire stay. Recommend this place to anybody looking to save money and not waste it on staying in the Disney resorts. Minutes away from all the parks all the restaurants and any other amenities you’ll ever need.

The Villa exceeded our expectations so much so that we would rent again! It was clean, modern, spacious and felt like our home away from home. The pool and view of the lake did not disappoint either. I also loved the fact that the property is tucked away in a very safe and well-maintained gated community, yet close enough to everything! And we can’t say enough about the responsiveness of our host, Glen and Karey. They were awesome and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Best Villa Ever
Considering the state of affairs, we needed a place to stay for 14 days. Our original reservation was for only 4 days and the hosts extended it without a problem! The communication was outstanding. The care for us and our family was very heart warming! We would recommend for anyone to stay here!! Hopefully, the parks open up again soon!! We will be back to stay for sure!! The neighborhood homes are spread far apart, which is hard to come by in this area. It was nice and peaceful, considering everything going on in the world! Best of luck to you in the future. You will be pleased to choose this home for your next stay!!

Our Kissimmee Trip
We can't say enough good things about out stay. The home was clean and in great shape when we arrived. The house was spacious with 6 bedrooms. We spent much time relaxing in the pool and the spa while out children and grand children enjoyed the theme parks.

The pool is sensational and the home is stunning. The management team took care of all our needs. My husband and I had all our grandchildren and we had the best vacation because of the amazing home. The kids and us enjoyed the large pool and hot tub. The playroom kept them occupied and there are TV's in every room. Netflix and Disney channel and lots of sports channels. We love watching football and listening to the music channel out by the pool. The whole experience was quite exceptional. I give it a ten star rating.

Most beautiful villa we’ve ever stayed in!
The villa was immaculate! The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth. We have stayed all over the Disney area and this was by far the best villa we have stayed in!! Our children wanted to swim in the infinity pool more than go to the parks and my husband and I loved the peace and tranquility of the beautiful lake. The south facing sun made sitting by the pool a dream. We will definitely be back...hopefully longer this time! :)
