Fantastic kitchen with all of the amenities you will need to stay for long periods of time if you need. Stainless Steel appliances, Gas Stove, icemaker and water dispenser in fridge, all of the dishes and glassware to enjoy a meal for 9. All of the cooking utensils, pots and pans to cook and bake your favorite meals. This updated 3 bedroom 2 bath home can easily sleep 8 people, if you have kids, and is close to the Beaches (Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island are all under 10 miles away). This home away from home has everything you will need for a short or long term stay. FULLY applianced kitchen, heated pool, towels and linens, beach and pool gear. Close to IMG Academy, South Florida Museum, Fishing Excursions, Nature Preserve, Kayaking and Paddle-boarding, Great Restaurants & Shopping. Nice open floor plan with multiple seating areas. Beautiful outdoor living/seating area with an in-ground heated pool, (heater installed September 2018) House also has a 2 car garage with washer and dryer. The main part of the house is perfect for entertaining, especially for large families/groups. Living room has a 55" LED HD TV with Amazon fire stick to stream your favorite shows. Room provides direct access outside to the pool. House has powerful 100/100 wifi for fast uploading and downloading. The backyard features an in-ground heated pool and a beautiful living/seating with multiple seating areas. There is a gas grill for that perfect BBQ for you and your family. Master bedroom has a King bed with 600 thread count sheets, beautiful attached full bathroom with custom tiled walk in shower. Large walk in closet and 2 bureaus and a 42" HD TV. Second bedroom features a queen bed, large closet and lots of natural light. Third bedroom is great for kids! It contains 2 bunkbeds and sleeps 4-5 people . Large closet and dresser. There is a bonus room as soon as you walk in the house that is set up with books/games/printer/little office and a fold down futon couch. Second bathroom is centrally located in the house and features a tub/shower combo. House has an alarm system and fire alarm hooked up directly to the fire department. As well as security cameras located in the front and back of the home for your protection and our home. Front Door has a keyless lock system (you will be given a code prior to check in) Our home has everything you will need for your stay, all kitchen equipment to cook, eat and prepare your meals. Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven, , blender, indoor & outdoor plates and cups, etc. All linens, towels, blankets and pillows are supplied. Bring your clothes and you are all set! We also include beach supplies! Chairs, cooler, umbrellas, blanket, etc. This is in a quiet residential neighborhood with long established neighbors. Less than 2 miles from Manatee Ave and Cortez Rd, both main roads leading to the beaches and full of shopping and restaurants. It is very important that outside does not have loud noises and music and quiet time is between 10pm & 7am. This is a residential area that is quiet and the we and our neighbors and the police respond to noise complaints seriously. Pets are not allowed on the property and smoking inside and out are not permitted.

We had a great 3 weeks at Jeff’s property. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. The whole family enjoyed the pool. He provided many things in the house for children such as a high chair and a pack n play. What a wonderful house.

Our family stayed in this home and had the BEST time. Owners were very responsive, kept us informed on things, the pool was AWESOME, and the location was perfect for us. The house was clean and well stocked!!!! Even had OJ, milk and individual boxes of cereal there for the next morning in case we got in late and didn't make it to the store. Nice, quiet neighborhood, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely be back and stay here again !!!

My friends and I came down for my bachelorette weekend. We wanted a house that gave everyone their own bed and had a pool. This property was great for that. We did have a slight issue with the bathrooms but didn’t ask for help due to being in and out so much. We did mention it after checking out and we’re told that we should’ve asked so they could’ve had someone over immediately, which we appreciated but made the one bathroom work with 6 girls. One other thing was there’s a camera in the front of the house and the back of the house by the pool. No problem with that but we weren’t made aware of the one out back. It would’ve been nice to have had that disclosed prior to booking. It wouldn’t have changed our mind at all, but not knowing it was there felt like it could’ve been an invasion of privacy if someone wanted to tan or swim without being watched. Otherwise, great location and within driving distance to beaches, mini golf, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We also traveled to St. Pete a few times and it was fairly easy to get there from the house. Would definitely stay there again.

Just want to say thanks to Jeff for letting us stay at his home. It was the perfect place for us to stay. We loved the centralized location of his place which made visiting our family and spending time at the beach easy. He has definitely put a lot of thought in providing everything you need for your stay, with a well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, great bedroom set up with plenty of space. The master bedroom was very comfortable and we slept great during our stay. The only suggestions we had is the living room furniture could use some updating and the Glade plug-ins were a bit strong. My wife is very sensitive to smells, so we had to unplug them Other than that we loved the place. The outside with the pool and the seating area was fantastic and we made a lot of memories as a family all being able to hang out together out there.

Overall everything was good.. master shower had ants. Only confusing thing is check out time. At reservation time check out is listed as 11:00 but all information at the house said check out is 10:00 so a bit confusing.

It was less than five minutes away from my father in laws place who we were visiting, all the amenities were great and we appreciate how well stocked the house was with everything we needed in the kitchen to the supplies for my eight month old son

This property was nice and maintained. There were some minor flaws to the house that needed repair/tidy up, but overall was nice. They provided all the utensils/pans/etc. in the kitchen which we have found is not always the case with rentals. We had a great time and the pool was a nice extra. The neighborhood is quite and overall good. We had a great time and would stay there again.

Not only was it close to many courses, but having such a great outdoor space to sun, swim and grill was such a plus! Ashley,our manager was a jewel! She took care of any problem efficiently and effortlessly. The home was well equipped and very clean. We liked it so much, we rented again for next year!

I can’t say enough good things about this home. This home was everything our family expected and much, much more! Everything was spotless clean! The garage, the lawn, the pool, furniture, bathrooms- spotless clean! Loved the information booklet left! Very informative! Extremely helpful and beyond thoughtful. The beach was less than 10 minutes away! Not crowded at all! Perfect and peaceful! The pool was our favorite spot. The neighborhood was very quiet! Which was another plus! The property managers were very responsive. I can honestly say this house was perfect in every way! We will definitely be back in the near future! Thanks again! Back to the mountains of Kentucky we go!

Very nice, clean with lots of space, we had 8 people in total and still had plenty of room. The grill was very clean as well to cook out. It has all what you need for the beach. and the pool. Had all the essential needs to accommodate everyone. It met all of our expectations.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The management was great with communication, the home was well stocked with all the necessities/amenities you could think of, and it was a great place for a family to stay. The pool made our days so relaxing and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils so we could easily prepare our meals. Overall, it was an amazing trip thanks to the thoughtfulness of the owners and management.

Would recommend this property. Very clean and inviting. The pool was wonderful. We stayed with our daughters and their young children 2, 1, 4 months. The property owner had thought of everything to make our stay great!
