The kids loved their room and willingly went to bed each night! The star ceiling night light helped along with the character bedding! The pac man game was a special treat that helped kill time when waiting on us “big kids” to get ready to walk out the door! The pool heater was just the right temp for a rainy cold weekend for us to jump in at night when we got home. We will return for sure!!

This home was dirty! When I contacted the property manager about it, there was no response. When I contacted the home agency, they said they were going to email him to get back to me. Never did.
I was afraid to let my 10 months old crawl around on the floors because they were so gross. It clearly had not been vacuumed.
We were only left one extra garbage bag when we were told garbage has to be taken daily.
The pool was dirty! We paid a hundred dollars extra to have our pool heated for our kids and the floor of the pool was grimey. There were floating shards of the old beach mats that were laid out in front of the pool floating around the whole time. We cleaned it out many times.
The shower was plugged and wouldn't drain properly so it cause it to be extremely slippery.
The oven screen didn't work. The joystick on ms.pacman was broken. There were lights and lamps without any light bulbs. Poolside chairs cracked and broken. Window shades were broken. Food stuck to all the potholders. Broken corner of the ottoman so when you sat on it, you would sink. The couch stunk. The list goes on.
Everything in the home was very used and not kept up. Everything had some sort of little problem that had an easy fix but the property manager is too lazy to do so.
Windsor hills itself is a beautiful place! Find a different home in the neighborhood to rent! The community pool was great and super warm! The staff there were amazing and friendly! Great little convince store with tasty food!

We stayed for a family holiday. Home was perfect size for our group. Kids loved the themed bedroom and splash pool. Thanks for a great time!

Great size/ location/neighborhood and could be great. Pictures on listing must be when it was deep cleaned and new and it needs another deep cleaning. Two bathroom rugs were so gross when I lifted one up and saw the bottom. It’s a cheap rug that needs to be in the garbage. The place is cleaned but needs a deep cleaning. Cabinets need to be wiped down, baseboards full of dust, carpets stained. And one of the biggest issues was there were only a few towels and washcloths, like not even one for each person. It sleeps eight and we had seven people and had to wash constantly just for one shower a day. We had to pull beach towels out of the linen closet because not enough for just one each. There were no extra king sheets, so we had to sleep on some very worn sheets. The master bed had pillows with shams no pillows with pillow cases, so grabbed some from the other room. So, if you book this place, bring washcloths and towels. Reached out to guest host, he said check linen closet, which I told him that was the first thing we did before contacting him, and he never responded back. There are so many homes to choose from and I hate having to leave such a bad review, but these Wonderful reviews are deceiving, along with photos, to the condition we rented it in. Looked back at them after, and I was very frustrated because I spent a lot of time reading reviews and looking at photos to choose a wonderful place. This one can be with some minor but important details.

We had a great 9 days at this townhouse. The pool was nice and warm even on chilly nights. The kids loved pac man game. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We visited the main pool/water slide only once as we were too busy at the parks and happy with the little splash pool in the backyard.

We loved staying in this house! It was so nice to have a comfy place to come and chill after busy park days. I loved having a private pool to decompress by after days in crowds.
Our kids loved the theming in their room. The master bed was a comfy place to catch some ZZZs.
The was even a little blender to make blended drinks by the pool.
It was also nice to have the option to go to the resort pool area. It was a really short walk from the condo.

A short stay, close to Disney
I'll start with the good :) We were originally scheduled for a spring break getaway. However, because of a debacle of cancellation of flights, we were unable to come out. Evolve was more than accommodating to be able to rebook us a stay, same length of time, in June when it was convenient. So, thank you!
The place was the perfect size for 5 of us: myself, my husband, two kids, 10 and 5, and my mother. We were all able to go our separate ways in the evening when it was time to wind down. It was delightful. The kids were in HEAVEN at the main pool. Be aware that if there is lightning within 10 miles, the pool closes down for 30 minutes. We would swim in the lanai all the other times. The pool was nice, but I felt like the area surrounding it could be cleaner. The umbrella wouldn't open up and it was rusting at the bottom, to the point that it looks like it's going to break at any moment. The other amazing part of this villa was Ms. Pacman. The kids (and my mom) had a blast taking turns trying to get a high score. The couch was big enough for all of us to sit at watch a movie. The kitchen was very nice too.
One thing I would mention is that there is no stroller on property, and had I had known, I would have rented one for the weekend. I even messaged the property manager and he told me there was one on property. He was unaware that there is no longer one there. There were only 2 occasions where the property manager didn't return messages, but they were minute details. But I learned that there is a Keurig in the villa, for you coffee drinkers. I informed him that the pizza cutter broke while slicing a Totino's pizza, so some of the utensils were not the *best* quality. Other than that, it was a very nice stay. We would recommend!

Beautiful home, great location to parks! Had a couple minor snafus, but Steve the property manager was very response and quickly addressed them. Plenty of room for our family of 6! Would recommend.

Family Vacation
Let me start with the good. Property was situated in the perfect location from all the parks Orlando has to offer.
The condo itself is perfect for a family of 5.
Now the bad, the outside of the condos had trash laying all over the ground. Not going to say it was bad and it wasn’t just situated to out living area. The inside was not kept the cleanest either. Hair in the beds, spilled milk and a rotten strawberry in The fridge, food left in the microwave, and a used bandage in the small pool that comes with each condo.
The person that is suppose to be watching over the property said “new cleaning people, sorry about that” then proceeded to say that it’s not his responsibility and that we needed to contact the company we booked with.
I’m not saying that everyone’s experience is going to be like ours was.
If things would have been taken care of, I can see staying at this location again.
Which is why I gave it three stars!

Very nice townhome
We stayed in this townhome from Friday to Thursday while we were in Orlando for universal and Disney. We had a little issue checking in, so I recommend double checking first what your code is to enter the home. Ours was not what we were told in the email but a quick text to our contact guy Steven and we got our code to enter right away.
The place is decorated so nice. There is plenty of room. It was just myself and two daughters staying there. The kitchen had everything we needed. The closets are huge. Plenty of drawers to unpack. The kids room and bathroom were so cute with the Disney decorations. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfy. The best part was the private pool off the back. We used it almost every day. It was perfect. Only negatives about the place was that the carpeting in the kids room could have been vacuumed better. But I would def stay here again. Oh and you so need to purchase your own toilet paper if you run out. No biggie. Found it for 75 cents at
CVS. Overall it was a great stay and my kids and I did not want to leave the townhome. My girls said they wanted to live there :)

Convenient location
Location is very close to Disney parks. Takes a bit longer to get to Universal due to heavy traffic every day. The townhouse was good for what we needed as we were in town for a tournament and then stayed to go to the parks. It could use some updating. Couch was worn and carpet in the living room was older and worn.

I never ever right reviews but I had to for this trip. I booked this house completely by accident and since the payment was made right away I was stuck with it. I wasn’t to happy about the size of the pool but the kids didn’t care, I guess I just like to get more for my money. The location of the property wasn’t bad there was a Walmart down the street and other stores which was convenient. The water park was nice the kids loved it and I enjoyed it as well. But let me tell you what I didn’t like. When pulling up to the gate I was greeted by a woman and she was so rude I was trying to ask her a simple question and she walked away then turned around only to give me an attitude about the question I asked. After her rude response she hands me a piece of paper then tells me to drive to the right. I drove all around the property only to find out she sent me the wrong way. The house was on the left side and a few minutes from the gate. That was super aggravating especially since I had 4 hungry kids with me. We finally found the property which seems nice and clean at first, well let’s just say that wasn’t the case. The oven and stove was dirty the counter top had crumbs on top, the table had water makers all over it. The frigid was leaking water on the inside and the pots and pans was so gross I couldn’t use them till I made it to the store to grab dish detergent sponge and a brittle pad. I moved an entry table only to find dust and other stuff under it. The bathroom downstairs looked like only a rag went through it. Next to the toilet there was a dirt ring on the floor from the bottom of the toilet brush stand which could only mean that floor wasn’t properly washed. This is very disappointing considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and every surface should be well cleaned and sanitized. The pool area was clean but it had two broken chair that we couldn’t even use. One was against the wall with only two chair legs. I reached out to Steven that same night and I got no response from him. Overall I was very disappointed and I would never stay at this house again. I wouldn’t mind staying at another property as long as it’s clean. I wasn’t worth what spent at all. If you don’t mind dirty surfaces nasty pots pans and utilities then this is the place for you.

We went to the welcome center to get access and was informed that we would not be able to use the amenities because the owners account was suspended. I immediately contacted the property manager and he replied the owner would take care of it right away. The next day we went to Disney so we were gone all day but planned to use the water park all day the following day. I called the welcome center that morning to see if issue was cleared up and it was not. Contacted the property manager again. Calls were made and was told there was nothing they could do. He offered us a discount of $120. There is nowhere in Orlando where 7 people can go to a water park for $120 for a day. Also I have yet to see that discounted from my bill. If I were you I wouldn't take a chance with this house if you have children that you promised to stay at a water park. The disappoint is expensive.

Awesome place!
We had such a great time at this property! It’s so close to all the parks (within 15-20 minutes driving). Walmart is only a mile away where we loaded up with supplies. Kids loved swimming in the little pool outside the back door but also loved the big resort pool. Place was really nice and clean. We would absolutely stay there again!

Overall a great experience. Loved the small pool. We paid to have it heated and it was really warm which was perfect for the chillier nights. Property could have been a little cleaner but not bad.
