Located in Indian Wells, this charming house for $262 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to 6 Palms! Named because well, you'll figure it out. Enjoy my house in the beautiful desert while I'm not there myself! Located just 9 miles from the Polo fields for Coachella and Stagecoach, and 4 miles to El Paseo shopping, you couldn't be closer to the action. Is golf your game? Walk to the Palm Desert Country Club just down the street! This well taken care of desert home will take you by surprise when you walk into its newly furnished mid century modern inspired interior. Light fixtures to furniture, outdoor dining to smart pool controls, this house has been set up perfectly for your stay! Step outside to enjoy the pool and hot tub with views of the mountains, while you get your tan on in complete privacy. The outdoor dining area is equipped with misters mounted above to keep you cool while you grill on the Webber BBQ. This back yard is the reason I bought the house! Once back inside for the evening, be sure to set the Nest thermostat to your ideal temperature while you sit back and watch your favorite show on a 4K smart TV with Apple TV. When its time to retire for the evening do so in the comfort of a Casper Mattress which you'll find in every room. If you haven't figured it out by now I'm a little bit into tech gadgets. With that said, you'll never get locked out of the house or lose keys again with the smart lock on the front door. Each guest will have a unique pin number to access the home, with a backup key in a lock box just in case. If you have any questions during your stay you can call or text me 24/7, or you can just press the Ring Doorbell and talk to me through that. Rest assured the only cameras on the property are in the front to help me keep an eye on things when its vacant. Your privacy during your stay is my top priority. I have spent many wonderful weekends at this house and I have no doubt you'll do the same. Enjoy! I travelled with two girl friends. The house is nice and the three bedrooms gave us plenty of space. The backyard is fabulous and a real oasis! The lounge chairs were very comfortable and we enjoyed our morning coffee outside by the pool. The owner was very responsive and very accommodating! We had a great time!

This is a wonderful property, very clean and nicely furnished. The location is very central and it is easy to get anywhere in Palm Desert from the house. Added bonus there is a nice sized pool and a hot tub. Beach towels are provided. It worked perfectly for our family. One note there is a $50 per day charge to heat the pool which is extra. No charge to heat the jacuzzi. I would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely post holiday getaway with family. It’s a beautiful setting. The only drawback was the weather—too chilly to swim and too wet to hike much. But we played games in front of the fire and watched movies.

This property is in Palm Desert, Indian Wells-adjacent, and in a non-HOA neighborhood with full-time residents, so it was nice not feeling surrounded by other short-timers. Great location! My primary complaint: the property needs a deep cleaning and the carpets did not seem very clean. We turned on the heater and were blasted with a terrible dust smell. Would not stay here again because of the dust problem.

We stayed here while playing a weekend tennis tournament. House was clean, good location for our event and the host was very good in communication and helpful in meeting our requests. Definitely would recommend

My husband and I enjoyed a month long stay at this property and everything went great! Outdoor space was awesome, owner was responsive, house was well-equipped for us to work remote (excellent wifi) and hangout (cook, swim, relax) and clean up after ourselves during our stay. The neighborhood is nice and relatively quiet - just what we needed for our time away!

Max was so easy to work with and the home is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we had bad weather but the back yard and pool would be so amazing for outdoor eating and swimming when nice! The neighbors were quiet and the house is close to shopping, dining. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

We stayed here a weekend in June/July 2018. The house was super clean and convenient. We watched TV in the living room, cooked in the well equipped kitchen, relaxed outside by the pool, and BBQed the whole weekend. Everything in the house was new and family friendly! The beds were very comfortable, pool was clean, and furnitures were in good condition. Last but not least, the owner Max was always available through text/email and very responsive, one of the best! If you want a real Palm Springs vacation but still feel homey , this is the place for you.
