They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room). - Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing - Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
