About this house rental

Situated in Bornholm, this lovely house for $239 per night is a great option for your next trip. This property has been cleaned with chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Our staff is following all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities. Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out. Half-timbered holiday cottage with views of the ocean located in the heart of the old town Svaneke. The house is furnished in a bright, Scandinavian style with a large living room and open concept kitchen with i.a. a Nespresso coffee maker (please bring your own capsules). Exit to an enclosed court yard with an ocean-faced terrace from which you can enjoy the view while preparing your dinner on the gas grill. 1st floor has a large bedroom and a bathroom with bath tub. The house is located close to restaurants, shops and smoke house. Layout: open kitchen(cooker(2 ring stoves), coffee machine, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine), Living/bed room(20 m2), bedroom(2x single bed, double bed, children's bed), bathroom(floor heating)(washbasin, hip bath, toilet), patio(100 m2)(BBQ), terrace, garden, garden furniture, BBQ These costs are mandatory and charged on site. They are not included in the rental price. Electricity: DKK 3.40/kWh Bed linen: Possible to rent per package, DKK 135.00 p.p./Stay Final Cleaning: DKK 950.00, or all cleaning needs to be done by yourself Optional services that you can arrange on site High chair: DKK 100.00/stay Kitchen linen: Included in the price when you rent a linen package Bath towels: Included in the price when you rent a linen package Wifi: Free (Min. 50/50 Mbit) Cot: DKK 100.00/stay
