Phenomenal Weather! Inlet Beach Breezes is a beautiful beach home in exclusive Inlet Beach in South Walton County, The beach home is south of 30A and Hwy 98 and next door to Rosemary Beach. It is less than 130 yards from the gulf beaches. There is ample room on the beach to relax and maintain a safe distance from others. The home is close to one of the only public beach accesses in South Walton that has no stairs to climb making it effortless to get your group and all of your toys on the beach. There are four balconies with great views of the Gulf! The Community is an exclusive property located on the Eastern shores of South Walton County. It is close enough to Rosemary to walk for dining, shopping and tennis and only 1 mile to Publix. There are many restaurants nearby. Just east of the home are Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powel. The first floor of the home has a teen suite with 40' LCD TV, 2 bunks and a trundle. This room can sleep 5 and leave space to relax and play. Also on the 1st floor is living space with a full kitchen, full bath, sitting area, 40-inch LCD TV and queen murphy bed. French doors lead to the private courtyard with a pool, hot tub, built-in gas grill and your private back gate for easy beach access. Ride the elevator to the second floor where there are 2 King master bedrooms each with a private bathroom, balcony and LCD TV's. There is a second bunk room with LCD TV, another full bath and the laundry. The third floor has a fantastic east facing king master bedroom with private bath and balcony. The living space includes a gourmet Kitchen with Subzero, Wolf, Fisher&Paykel and U-line appliances. The dining table can seat 8 with another four seats at the bar. There is a half bath off the living room and a small office with a nice view of the gulf, desk, chair and a monitor for your laptop. The living room has comfortable leather furniture, a NEW 65 inch LCD TV and great balcony. From the comfort of the living room or the balcony you can see the gulf and watch the evening sunsets. We spent Fall Break here and it was beautiful. The house is very clean and well-maintained. We did have one question about the elevator and the owner responded immediately. The location is ideal…just a few houses down from the beach (with ocean views from the balcony) and walking distance to Rosemary. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this home, we had large family with 4 babies, plenty of room for all. Loved the elevator as the main floor is on the 3rd floor. Host was very helpful, responsive to all request.

Ok stay
Inside the house was great. Outside was little longer walk to the beach then what it made it sound like in description. Hot tub only worked one day the pool guy came and turned it on for a couple hours. And by the 3rd and 4th day the pool was so gross nobody would get in it and you couldn't even stand the smell of it.

Communication with owner was quick and easy. The house was perfect for three families. Love Inlet Beach, which is much less crowded than Rosemary. Kitchen had wonderful appliances. Got sushi from Shaka Sushi across the street and it was delicious - highly recommend.

Inlet Beach stay
Everyone in our group loved the property. There was more than enough room for everyone. Having 2 kitchens and multiple bathrooms was definitely a plus with 5 teenage girls. Also loved having 2 ice makers. Our group was so happy there, we didn't want to leave.

We had two families, a grandmother, and an aunt, and everyone had his own space. There were more beds than we needed, and they were all comfy! The elevator was truly helpful for the oldies, and the boys loved the pool. When the maintenance man was called, he responded promptly.

Our Covid-19 vacation was wonderful. Me and my wife had all six of our grandkids together for the first time with their parents as well. And my wife's best came as well. July Beach Trip
Randy was the most responsive owner I have dealt with in the many years I have been going to the 30A area. If an issue came up, he was on it. The location is great and there are no steps to get down to the beach. The kitchens and grill area are setup with everything you need. Great beds, sheets, and towels. Very comfortable house and I highly recommend staying there.

Wonderful trip
We can’t say enough good things about this property and our experience. We had 5 families, 8 adults and 6 children. The 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms were great! There were plenty of beach chairs. Overall, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Hopes dashed
Rented this property to celebrate with my family my recent retirement after reading description of a wonderful property and glowing reviews. It really could have been very nice but was in need of some deep cleaning and overall TLC. The owner refunded partial payment but still didn’t make up for the hopes we had of a awesome week together. We found fingernail clippings, dust bunnies and just plain dirt on all floors, mold in showers, and master bedroom shower wouldn’t get hot. Dining room and patio upholstery were torn and worn out. There is a lot more I could say but will just say — very disappointed and sad.

Great house for big family
Location is great. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was wonderful especially for the kids. The elevator was a huge help for loading and unloading and people who are unable to manage all the stairs. Having use of two kitchens was wonderful for fridge storage and multiple ovens. Kitchen is fully stocked. Great view from upstairs balcony. The house is stocked with umbrellas and plenty of beach chairs. No need to bring your own. They even have a wagon for carting gear. Very helpful! Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Wifi was not consistent for us but I’m sure would be fine for the normal person. We had people working remotely and heard there was an outage as well. We made it work. Plenty of space for our group of 9. Highly recommend.

Family vacation at the beach!
This was our yearly family vacation and there is a total of 11 of us and we still had plenty of room. Enough that we had our own space and was not cramped at all. Really enjoyed the stay. The elevator was a great amenity. Loved it. We brought our own beach chairs, but loved the fact that property had there own and we could use them if needed. Nothing to fault the property, but community needs side walks to the beach, only had road access and traffic was busy. We had small children and bikes and they had to walk in the road to get access to the beach and bike trails. But over all would stay here again.

Great home, close to beach
This is a perfect home for families. We had 3 different families with 6 children total. There is plenty of bedroom space. Our kids basically took over the downstairs. On the second floor lots of room for fixing food, watching TV and playing games. The outdoor decks were a nice space to visit. We also had plenty of parking. It is a short walk to the beach but we had so much stuff we rented a golf cart. It is close to lots of dining, shopping and things to do for all ages. We would highly recommend this home.

Great house for multiple family
We all got together for my daughters wedding on the beach and this house worked great. The owner was super helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had about the house. The location was perfect for the beach and the wedding sight. We had grandparents and young kids both in the house and having the bottom floor work awesome for keeping everybody happy.

We found a jewel!
This is a great property! We loved everything about our stay. It's so close to the beach! Just a short walk and your toes are in the sand and you're relaxing on the beautiful, quiet beach. The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and if you have forgotten anything, Publix is just a short drive away to pick up whatever you may need. We found the beds to be very comfortable and everyone enjoyed the pool as well. We will be back!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Daughters wedding
Our whole family stayed here for my daughters wedding. It was wonderful and plenty of room. I am thankful for the elevator for my mother who has a hard time with stairs. It was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Thank you so much!!!

Spacious and well-appointed residence with close access to the beach!
We had a wonderful family beach week experience! The home is very well appointed, comfortable and easily accommodated our group. Nice views from the upper level balcony and extremely convenient access to the beach and nearby attractions.
Randy was great to work with and he ensured that we had all we needed to make the most of our stay. Having a private pool and hot tub was great, especially for our nephew when the adults were ready to come in from the beach.
Definitely recommend this property as a quality yet economical option near Rosemary Beach.

Great home - beautifully appointed. Easy walk to the beach.
We had a last minute girls trip to this beautiful house. 5 adults on this trip was so nice because we each had a room/private place to sleep. It was clean, very well decorated and very close to the beach. The fact that there were no stairs to get onto the beach was great. It was so nice to have beach chairs already provided for us! The pool was great to hang out in at the end of the day. We contacted Randy a couple of times about small things and he was very quick to respond and help out. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great Home - Easy walk to the beach!
We had 2 families stay in the home for a total of 12 people (8 kids under the age of 11). There was plenty of space and we never felt for a lack of beds or bathrooms. We did a lot of research before booking and this home was one of the only homes that truly appeared to be able to handle a large group where everyone had actual beds and rooms (not sleeping on fold out couches in the living areas). The home has been well maintained and had pretty much everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We only used the upstairs kitchen, which was also large enough for all of us to be in at the same time. The beach was just a very short walk, maybe 3 to 4 minutes, and was not crowded at all. We used the outdoor grill a couple of times, which worked great. Also, as an FYI there is a Grocery Store just a few minutes away, so you are close to anything you might need to pick up. The only negative comment at all is that the comforters need to be replaced or deep cleaned, they were pretty bad (or at least the few that we saw and in our specific room). I would highly recommend the property and it will be a home we would consider again when we come again.
