Unauthorized events may incur a $3,000 fine and prompt eviction without a refund, so let's make every celebration memorable and approved! **Note: The property features a number of security cameras with video recording in progress. These cameras cover the entrance and parking area of the property. No cameras face interior spaces or the pool area.
