The apartment has a fantastivc view over the old harbour. Free WiFi, Netflix and private parking house which is a rare find in 101 Reykjavík. Featuring a stylish and contemporary living area, the open-plan, self-catering apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a comfortable sleeping sofa. Each apartment has a furnished balcony as well as an indoor dining area, while restaurants and cafés are walk away in all directions The centre also offers nightlife and cultural sites such as the Harpa Concert Hall just 10 minutes away on foot. Within half a kilometre, guests will find Parliament House, Hallgrímskirkja and Tjörnin Lake. There is also Sundhöllin indoor swimming pool just 850 m away. Vesturbær is a great choice for travellers interested in tours, excursions. local swimming pool and friendly locals. Couples and families particularly like the location.

Property was clean and in a convenient, walkable location. Apartment had good amenities and a lot of storage areas.

The apartment was wonderful! Near lots of places to eat, also the harbor. Walking distance to Harpa and many other attractions. The weather was cruddy, but we made the best of it! And it was convenient to have the washer and dryer after we slogged around in the rain all day. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

It was a great location with wonderful views of the harbor. There were lots of restaurants nearby and it was easy walking to the city center and other attractions. The parking that was included was great, even though it was a small space. You do need to get into the apartment first to get the garage keys. Overall, it was a lovely apartment and we would stay again.

Great view of commercial harbor and the location is fabulous. The parking spot in the garage is such an asset. The accommodations are fine, some parts of apartment need minor TLC.

This property is as depicted. Lovely view of the old harbor from the common room. Kitchen is well equipped and many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot and offered good water pressure.
There is a washer dryer that worked well once we figured out you have to empty the water container. The only issue we had was with the parking space and the exit from the building garage. The spot is right next to the elevator and under the staircase so it's a tight fit, even with a compact. When exiting the garage the drive in/out is very steep and at certain points if the day the sun hits the exit and you cannot see the drive. Be careful if parking a car.

At the end of a day of sightseeing, shops and restaurants are just steps away. We also went on a walking food tour. Having parking included made it easy with our rental car. Slight issue at check-in since cleaners didn’t put the key back in the lockbox, but property manager answered the phone immediately and got us in with a backup key.

This apartment was a great place to stay while in Iceland. It is very close to Harpa where my husband had CME classes and he could walk there. The apartment is right in the heart of the harbor and right near some great restaurants and Saegreifinn is right across the street and has some of the best food we had in Reykjavik. Just get there early! The wait can be very long. The apartment is also within quick walking distance from Laugavegur and Skolavordustigur streets.

This apartment was a great place to stay while in Iceland. It is very close to Harpa where my husband had CME classes and he could walk there. The apartment is right in the heart of the harbor and right near some great restaurants and Saegreifinn is right across the street and has some of the best food we had in Reykjavik. Just get there early! The wait can be very long. The apartment is also within quick walking distance from Laugavegur and Skolavordustigur streets.

My only reccomendations would be: Pics don’t do it justice- is nicer than the photos show. And for the instructions on the wall- that I missed- please send in advance - Ie put in a message on the app prior to arrival for the guest.

The location and view is lovely. Lots of food options nearby. Activities at the harbour are great, and meeting tours at bus stop #4 was convenient. The kids had room and we had privacy. The Kronan store was walkable and had all supplies needed. We would recommend and stay again!

We are Icelandic and our families homes are small for visits. We use these flats for our visits and it is perfect. Great location to downtown. Could not ask for better management.

Stay was overall great. A few issues are, need wash rags and more towels. Had to go buy our own and then take them home with us. Really no big deal but it could be. Perfect for 2 people. Couldn’t ask for better.
