An enjoyable stay but just wish the pool was in the sun

We had a good stay over the New Year. The Villa is spacious and clean. The hosts were attentive. It has stairs but the staircases were fitted which was great. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the barbecue on the Terrace.

The main point for us was that the pool is not in the sunshine:( it was the main reason we went for the Villa so that our two young girls could enjoy and sadly we were disappointed as there was No sunshine in the morning at all on the ground floor Terrace. The whole place looks a bit tired and needs some tlc.

I would not book again.

The property was beautiful, however it is on the top of a very large hill and would not be suitable for families with small children or elderly people.

The property in itself was lovely, however we could not use the pool (which is one of the reasons I booked it) because it wasn’t clean. We complained and it was cleaned the day before we left.

Perfect

The location and views were phenomenal. The accommodation was modern and clean. We'll equipped and comfortable to stay in. The pool was large and clean. The host was extremely nice and helpful, responding quickly to all my queries.

Wish I booked more time here.

Nice spacious house with great view

The location of the house is very good and the view is amazing. It was very confortable and well equiped and it was clean and spacious. The house is also nicely decorated.The common area pool was nice but a little bit cold. Near the house it has a supermarket and a farmacy if needed. It is also close to Siam Park and Siam mall.

8 of us had one week in the villa, we enjoyed our stay so much, we would definitely recommend

The view was incredible, the layout of the villa was lovely, clean & spacious, swimming towels were provided, every bathroom had plenty of towels. kitchen was well equipped, lots of extra bits was a lovely surprise & bonus.. lovely bottle of Cava on arrival. drinking water from the tap in the kitchen was a real bonus 👍🏻

single beds were quite small for grown adults, no sun beds around the communal swimming pool which was a bit disappointing we had to take our fold up chairs over with us, there was only 4 so not all of could sit down. the temperature in the swimming pool was freezing cold 🥶

Just perfect!

It was just a perfect!!! Beautiful and cozy house, breathtaking views, very nice and friendly hostess. I have no words to describe my feelings, but we definitely want to back to this place ❤️

Loved it, great accomodation

Lovely view, lovely area , excellent facilities including a pool. Only a 10 minute walk to all the pubs and bars

Only thing is the communal pool area could have done with some umbrellas and sunbathers.

enjoyable - not the best VfM but we would taken

great modern facilities, albeit on three floors and another shower works have helped! very clean and safe

quite a distance from the beach - advertised as a short walk but about 30 mins downhill and impossible to walk up! bedroom on ground floor could be more private - the exit to the pool is next to the bedroom and disturbs the occupants. very noisy building work next door when we visited - might have been nice to know this.

Good place for families!

There is bathrooms in every bedroom. All kitchen supplies to make food or coffee. House is located very quiet area. Pool is really 10m away from the door. We really loved it! Hopefully we visit this property again!

coffee machine doesn’t make hot coffee.

nothing really negative or disappointing just install mesh wifi, 3 level villa requires wired connection between routers to make stable coverage.

Perfect spot for a week's sunshine

The photos do not do this villa justice! It sits high on the edge of town which gives an amazing view of the coastline and stunning sunsets which can be enjoyed from the terrace. It is has been thoughtfully decorated, extremely well equipped, spacious and was very clean. The two double bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable and it helps that there are four bathrooms too. Would happily recommend although perhaps not for 8 adults. Would certainly consider returning.

Nothing we didn't like. However would suggest people think carefully about location. It is a 20/25 min walk downhill to the seafront and all the bars and restaurants. We found this fine and there were plenty of taxis to come back up the hill. This may not suit everyone.

Perfect stay, perfect villa, perfect location, super clean and comfy.

Truly perfect stay. Villa was immaculate, interior design was to an extremely high standard and was super clean. The equipment both electrical and in kitchen were also to a high standard and had everything you could think of. The location is fab, however, a car or taxi is needed to get to beach /restaurants. A taxi was about 5 euros to Costa Adeje front and 8 /10 euros to Playa de Las Americas. Pool is communal, however we found we were the only people using it, was cold but it was December, but again spotless. The whole complex was very clean and quiet. I could write so much more!!! Really cannot not recommend this villa enough. Thank you so much, really fell in love! Host was lovely too, always replied immediately on WhatsApp.

Really struggling to think of anything. Sofa covers could have been washed and a lick of paint here and there but thats really me digging.
