Located in Hot Springs, this attractive condo for $105 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This 2BR 2BA ground level, gated condo unveils a beautiful view overlooking Lake Hamilton. The fully stocked kitchen offers a full lake view to enjoy while preparing meals and has an open concept into the den. The back door leads to a patio that overlooks Lake Hamilton, and is just a few steps to the pool that is available for your entertainment and relaxation. *Pool closes for the season after Labor Day.* The master bedroom offers a queen bed and has a private ensuite. It also gives a full view of the lake through glass doors that lead onto the patio. The 2nd bathroom opens into the hallway, as well as, the second bedroom, which features 2 more queen beds. This bathroom also allows hall access. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room which allows this unit to sleep 8 people comfortably. Great Location
We had a great time staying right on the lake and we loved how close it was to town. The neighbors were all friendly and the check-in and check-out process was easy.

My spouse, 5 year old and brother in law stayed 4 nights and had the best time! The location was great. Kroger and Walmart are 5 min or less down the road. Great restaurants nearby (we loved Salsa's and Fisherman's Wharf.) Short drive to downtown and the MidAmerica Science Museum. Check out Coleman's rock store if you have littles or rock enthusiasts.

Although we did not need the owners during our stay, they were very responsive to questions beforehand.

We also rented a pontoon from Hot Springs Marina down the street and they were very friendly. Check in/out was easy.

The beds were comfortable. Right outside the French doors was a beautiful view of the lake and a swimming pool. The location is in close proximity to Hot Springs. Our stay here was fabulous and we hope to return in the future.

We enjoyed the condo. It was very comfortable for 4 senior adults. We had an issue with the combination lock upon arrival. It would not open the door. We were able to contact Mary and her husband . Had a short wait for them to get the keys and meet us. They were very nice and fixed the door. We had no other issues with the door. They also checked back with us to make sure it was working. Beds were very comfortable. We did not find instructions for remotes 4 of them, could not get one working. But did not watch much Tv just turned it on at the TV. We would stay here again. Convenient and Just as Advertised
This place is actually nicer than the listing shows. It was superiorly clean and looks to have been recently remodeled. The decor was as pleasing to the eye as it was comfortable. Beds were remarkably comfortable. The location is perfect for a condo setting. It has an unobstructed view of the lake and a patio to sit and just watch the action. The pool is right next door which makes this an IDEAL location for people traveling with young kids!! The owner/manager was very responsive to a couple of property related issues (not the condo itself, no worries there). There is a stairwell one must go down to access the condo. The stairwell was not lit (it has 4 lights, all of which were not working). Makes for a VERY dark stairwell at night. I notified property owner about it and would assume it will be remedied before next renter. Make sure to use caution when using the stairs if unlit.

A perfect spot to getaway!
We loved our stay in Hot Springs, AR at this precious Lakeland Condo! The view was beautiful - a corner spot on the lake! The condo is decorated so nicely, updated, and very clean! We had our family of five and it was plenty of space! The lay out was great - open to the living room so you can see the lake while cooking! We will most definitely come back to this spot! Easy drive to downtown and the other lakes/hiking spots in the area! Great communication from the owner as well! We give this a 5 Star PLUS!

Great location! Loved our stay at this property! Everyone we met was super friendly! We had the pool all to ourselves and fished right outside our door... caught about 10 fish!! Highly recommended property.

Great Condo!
Our GPS left us short of destination, So follow the road until you dead end, at the gate. VRBO sent us Gate code, and No door code. But after finally getting in, the Condo is wonderful. Very well done! Beautiful inside and wonderful views. WE would definitely stay again.

We were so very pleased with this property! The pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen was newly updated and adorable with state of the art appliances. The living room furniture looked modern and new, different from the pictures. It was the perfect size for us, 2 adults, 3 kids and a toddler. The kids were able to just step outside to swim or throw the ball or go fishing. We enjoyed having all the blinds open and watching the boats go by. Excellent spot & highly recommend!
