De gezellige en relaxte sfeer. Wat een verademing na de hectische dagen in Hanoi. De accomodatie ligt in een fantastisch gebied. Met de fiets kom je op hele mooie plekjes. Het zwembad is schoon en de prijzen zijn goed.

Lage tafels waar je je benen niet onder kan zetten als je zit.

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Ich bin während meines Aufenthalts krank geworden und der Besitzer hat mir sehr geholfen.

Die Tische im Essbereich sind so gebaut, dass man die Beine nicht darunter abstellen kann. Außerdem war das Poolwasser etwas grün sodass ich nicht darin baden wollte.

The hospitality of Nia and his crew was perfect. We had the chance to participate in a local private dinner with Nia and the food was delicious. There are a loungery service, free bicycles to visit the neighbourhood and we can rent scooters. The landscape is wonderfull, close to the most important points of interests in Ninh Binh. Nia has very good advices also don't forget to let him know if you have any problem or question.

L’emplacement, les lits très confortable, la nourriture était pas trop mal pour son prix. Location de scooter et de vélo pas très cher. A l’arrivé l’hôte nous a conseillé pleins de choses à faire.

Les chambres sont très humides, le sol est constamment mouillé et d’une matière très glissante, nous sommes tombés plusieurs fois. Nous avons mis nos vêtements à laver ils nous les ont rendus sales et n’ont pas du tout été professionnel jusqu’à ce qu’on les menaces de mettre un mauvais commentaire sur booking.. on a demandé des vrais casques de scooters ils ont dit ok et ils n’en avaient pas.

Nice and helpful staff. Beautiful location. However not very clean. Food was nice and fairly cheap. Close to boat ride which was good.

The bathroom was very dirty, made sure to wear something on our feet when showering. Dirty floors, floor in the bedroom damp constantly, toilet kept blocking. Whole room smelt funky. Inconsistent hot water and lack of water pressure. We weren’t there long enough to complain but would’ve have definitely if there more than 24hours and probably would’ve stayed somewhere else. Shame as we were really looking forward to staying here but was very disappointed. We were glad we only stayed 1 night. Very much a shame as the staff were very nice and helpful and the area was so very beautiful.

The landscape around the Homestay was stunning. The personal was really kind and helped us with everything.

We were there in quite a cold week very unusual but we were at 8 degrees and they were not prepared at all for the cold. We were quite cold during the evening and during the night. But again this is not very usual there.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für Touren gegeben und wir konnten uns auch einen Roller leihen. Er bietet auch Touren in der halong bay an und man kann über ihn eine Nacht auf einem Schiff buchen. Er hat sich auch um unseren Transfer gekümmert und es hat super geklappt. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen für Ausflüge etc. Unsere Weiterfahrt wurde komplett für uns organisiert und gebucht und das noch zu einem sehr günstigen Preis.

Badezimmer könnten mal wieder saniert werden.
